I love Starbucks!!! I just wish when I ask for light ice in my mobile or in-store order that they would actually do it. I watched one of the girls making a drink with a full cup of ice. I assumed it wasn’t mine when I saw the amount of ice she used. I was surprised when she called my name for the drink,.. utterly surprised. When I brought it to her attention she poured out some of the drink (espresso & syrup) along with some of the ice and then topped it back off with more milk. At this point I’m already running late for work so I don’t have time to get it made over again. I’m sorry this is so lengthy but I just wish they would not disregard it since it is an option. All in all, I LOVE Starbucks so this will definitely not stop me from coming to this location because it doesn’t happen every time.

This location is so slow. There’s no point of placing an order in advance b/c you’ll still have to wait 20 minutes for your drink when you get there. Even with a fully staffed team they move slow. It is extremely frustrating and I feel very unfortunate that this is the closest Starbucks to my house. The absolute worst.

I came here for a drink a few months ago because they recommended that they make good drinks here, and they were right, it is one of the best Starbucks I have ever tried, today I wanted my drink and by mistake I put the wrong address and it was a bit far, thanks to God, faith (who works there) helped me and made me a drink, very kind and super friendly, we need this type of attitude every day, since today I came from a long day of work and with what happened to me I thought I had a bad lucky but that changed with the help of faith, a great woman

It seemed like a really slow evening weren’t too many customers, but the tables were all dirty. However the staff was very friendly/helpful and made some great suggestions. One of the staff was especially accommodating when I needed extra cream, sugar, etc.

Always kindly greeted by the manager or baristas upon entry. I usually mobile order and they 9/10 always have my drink ready when I get there. The staff is super sweet and much better than the service I’ve received in other surrounding Starbucks locations. They definitely go above and beyond to make each interaction different for their customers.
