I asked for no whip cream due to having a dairy allergy, instead of them making a new drink I watched a gentlemen scoop the whip cream off and give it back to the cashier to give me… no I could have a bad reaction. That’s sad, these days they won’t make a drink nor apologize for the mistake. The receipt states oat milk and no whip cream. I asked for a refund and left.

Typical Starbucks inside grocery store. Small but clean. There was only one barrista working so there is a bit of a wait if there’s more than 2 people in line. Other than the fact that items are way overpriced as in any Starbucks I needed my caffeine fix so I paid the 6.00 for my Frappuccino. It was delicious.

I can’t believe that I’m writing this but the attitude of the baristas here has left me shell shocked. As a Black woman, I feel completely treated unfairly by the other women of color that work here. They did not care to take my order seriously but made sure to take the orders of everyone else in the store seriously. I saw white patrons attended to with great care and respect. It’s like they wouldn’t attend to me unless I humiliated myself by making a scene. Their attitudes to me voicing a problem were rude and unconcerned. And when I finally did get the order they purposely made it taste horribly bitter.

This location always do this to me, I specifically ask for light ice and it’s filled with ice all the way to the top. You are watering down the expression and I ask for whip cream and they always leave it off. I do mobile orders at other locations and they get it.
