I go to this location almost daily because it’s very close to my work. I always have a great experience. Everyone is nice and the order is 100% correct every time. However, two times very recently I’ve been through the drive through, the same girl who gives me my order never speaks, never smiles or looks my way. She hands my order to me as she’s looking off into the store. No manners! Really?! At the very least look over and smile. Not happy with the service by her. She needs to be retrained in customer service.

Just came through the drive-thru on 6-8 at 7:55 am. My impossible sandwich is COLD. Yes, it’s pre-made and frozen. So why is it cold like it was just pulled out the fridge? Not room temp my food got cold but cold as in it wasn’t fully warmed. Coffee was piping hot though so one star for that. Do better.

The employee at the drive through on 04/09/2023 was so rude with my order, Idk if he was having a bad day or if he really hate his job, but I tried to get the same drink that I get at any other location but somehow he got offended when I told him that I didn’t wanted Ice (it gets melted and I drink it for 4 hours) I paid extra money for one more shot of espresso and more syrup (I don’t mind paying for it bc I know it’s extra) but he kept insisting on not selling me a drink without ice I told him to just to put more milk and I was gonna pay extra but he said NO again so I told him if he could put the ice on the side if that made him happy so he puts the ice in a different cup and charged one more dollar (maybe for the cup idk) but when he handed me the cup it was not even half full, HOWS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? When I payed for it xtra shots of espresso and I xtra syrup and it was supposed to have the milk, so I told him to please add more milk and he made me pay for that one xtra milk again. I don’t understand why people gets with an attitude if they don’t have good customer service they should find another job where they can be only with themselves ♀️
