Awesome Sushi, Good Service, and a Great New Local Spot!
Food — sushi was excellent, yummy and tasty! We got the Jade Roll, Crunchy 2 in 1 Roll and the Miami Roll. The Jade and Crunchy were fantastic. Taste was amazing and texture was spot on. The Miami was solid, but lacked a little bit of taste. Probably won’t get the deep fried rolls, as there are so many options available on the raw or cooked side. They have a very large selection of interesting and unique rolls and an overall very large menu of other Japanese items. Also, got the Miso Soup to start and it was great. Looking to return and try many more. The Green Bay Packers roll is a fun name.
Drink — be aware they do not have their alcohol license yet so no refreshing Sapporo, Asahi or Sake currently. Event though they have it on menu and will likely get it soon.
Atmosphere — cool, sleek vibe with a somewhat open concept with view of Sushi station. TVs with a mix of American sports and Asian shows throughout.
Service — very good overall. Quick and friendly service. Food came out in rapid manner. Slight area of improvement, as we’re getting a to go box and preparing to leave, a server was in our grill about taking our tray away. Felt like a Ben Stiller in Meet the Parents, “where’s the fire?” Can you guve us a minute and we’ll be happy to let you take the dish. Likely no malice involved, just a learning experience.
Value — on par with other sushi restaurants. Food is really good And justified by price. Got 3 rolls and soup for little over $50.
Summary — so happy for a new local sushi spot with great food, strong service and cool vibe. Getting alcohol license will take it over the top.

The ramen and sushi here were absolutely amazing! The ramen broth was rich and flavorful, very authentic in taste. The chashu was tender and well-seasoned, and the soft-boiled egg was perfectly cooked. Every bite was comforting and satisfying.
The sushi rolls were beautifully presented and made with very fresh ingredients. The salmon literally melted in my mouth, and the sauces were perfectly balanced—not overpowering at all.
The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the food came out quickly. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be coming back!

Just tried it for the first time and I loved it! We ordered the hot river roll, the outstanding roll and the ocean sundae roll! Excellent presentation and perfect flavors. The atmosphere was clean and aesthetically pleasuring! I was greeted immediately and my to-go order was taken quickly taken. I was given a delicious warm green tea and was on my way within 10 minutes! I will return! So happy to have a good sushi restaurant in our backyard!

It’s nice to have a Sushi/Ramen location in Auburn! Sushi (Spicy Girl Roll & Rocky Mountain Roll) was fresh and delicious, and the ramen (Tonkotsu) hit the spot — rich broth, good noodles, and solid toppings. Easily the best and most authentic sushi + ramen in the area. Definitely coming back!

I’ve been here twice now and have LOVED it. Not only is the food delicious and presented beautifully, the service is incredible. SO many sushi options!!! Keeps me wanting to come back and try more.

Tried this new spot! It’s located off the corner of a Publix plaza but the interior decor is amazing! Definitely date night spot vibes. We came for lunch- which is until 2:30pm. My husband ordered the ramen but he definitely wished he got a hibachi lunch. The place has a great menu for sushi options and the hibachi lunch was really good! Will come again
