When I say I’m done with Starbucks, I’m done. I literally cannot deal with the inconsistency, I swear they forgot to make my drink. Then when I asked for it, it tastes like a cup of milk. I let the lady know and she remakes it exactly the same. If I wanted a cup of milk I’d go to Wegmans.

Why does my Americano have to be filled like this? You aren’t giving me more coffee. You are just adding water to espresso. It just spills everywhere and you cant even leave the lid off for it to cool in the car. I understand I can ask for room. When i do its either still filled like this or the employee doesnt even know where the room button is. As a general rule just stop 1cm from the top. I promise every Americano drinker will thank you for it.

I waited in the drive through line for twenty minutes for my order. The person in front of me had a nice looking whipped cream drink passed to them. My drink was Luke warm and my whipped cream was completely melted. They gave me a drink that had been sitting the entire twenty minutes.

Today, I went to the store to pick up a mobile order for ground coffee about 15 minutes after they opened. Unfortunately I got all the way home with my order before I realized they did not grind it. I called in and asked them to fix the mistake, letting them know that now I had to drive all the way back, and when I came in there was half a shot of espresso prepared for me along with the original order. I feel a little annoyed that the gas that I wasted, along with a half hour of my time, is worth half a shot to them.

The staff was busy with drive thru and an employee who had just gotten off took care of me. That is a display of work ethic not often seen or commended. She felt bad I was waiting but I don’t mind waiting due to my experience in working in customer-facing positions. I understand how these things go.
