Ordered my drink, it was not made correctly. Which is no problem, easy fix.. when I told the young lady who made the drink, she got mad with me. And yet again, the drink was still wrong after corrections, but I didn’t want to cause a big scene. Wasn’t happy to say the least. I paid $7 for a drink, which is my favorite drink. Drive-thru times are ridiculous. You can expect to wait at least 20min, which I guess is better then going in since the wait time is longer even if you are the only guest inside.

Alex, the girl in the drive thru was amazing. Such good customer service, and she brought such genuine energy to the interaction. It’s honestly so rare that such a quick interaction can make or break your day — and she definitely made my day. I felt welcomed, complimented, and she was so nice. My drinks get messed up here pretty often and the stars almost never come through. I ordered a pink drink yesterday and it was made completely improperly, I understand mistakes happen and I’m very patient. But when mistakes happen repeatedly and cost $10 every time, it gets frustrating. I called the Starbucks letting them know the issue and they remade the drink for me, which was wrong…again. I was giving my order for the right ingredients and she prompted me to pull forward and give the details. When I pulled forward she just gave me the drink without asking me the details.
