Ordered ONE cup of coffee at 8:36, and didn’t receive it until 8:58. They had an army of staff behind the counter (I counted 6) and virtually every guest that had been before seemed frustrated about the wait. There seemed to be no leadership, the only employee who looked “in charge” seemed lost and wasn’t giving anyone direction to their team. I finally get my cup of coffee after ensuring I would be late for work and its basically just a cup of milk. I ordered an iced flat white. When you’re paying more for a cup of coffee than you are for a craft beer at a bar, there’s really no excuse for the experience to be this bad. They need some direction.

So came in at 630 pm and they were cleaning up and putting chairs on tables as if they were closing. No Frappuccino because they already cleaned and shut down machine .2 terrible lattes with zero taste or sugar were given to us with no where to sit inside even though store didn’t close until 10 . Terrible

Ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher and a brown sugar shaken expresso. Took up to 10 minutes to get them and when I got them, the shaken expresso was completely full of ice. There’s only about a tall’s worth of actual coffee in there. It also tastes nothing like the shaken expressos I’ve had at other Starbucks: barely any milk and syrup in it. Awful but, the woman at the register was nice

Possibly retrain the baristas. Four times now in the past 2 weeks I ordered the cold foam drink, both hot and cold. They fill the cup up to the rim with ice and coffee, leaving no room for the cold foam. I even paid for extra foam. This was at both the Horsham and Warminster stores. I watched one prepare it and poured the foam down the sink because it did not fit in cup. Please leave room for the foam.

They got my order wrong a couple of times. I’m not sure if they’re really listening or if they even care that I have to turn around and go back or be late for work. Maybe repeating the order back? Idk that’s what I did when I worked at a coffee shop.

I love this place, friendly quick on fixing mistakes and no attitudes. I visit at least once a week and they are always friendly. Just some errors sometimes but quick on redoing my drinks. Their covid19 layout keeping people safe is good too. Fast work during this pandemic. Definitely recommends.

Good service is spotty at this Starbucks. The team seems fairly new, so that makes sense. The coffee is a national standard, so the drinks are always good. Staff is willing to correct errors and is receptive to customers. Not long ago, you would have to work hard to get their attention for anything. They would keep their heads down and act like they couldn’t hear you, so there has been a giant improvement.
