Overall this is a great Starbucks! I visit this location often. However, I find that the music played in this Starbucks is significantly louder than in other Starbucks locations (making it hard to sit and do work). Additionally, it is always freezing in there! Because of these two factors, I typically only do take out from this location versus sitting down to work on my laptop. However, the employees are wonderful and the wait time is never long 🙂

I went into this location early morning on 7/10. I spoke with a very kind gentleman who was the shift manager on duty. I had a huge favor to ask of him, my bestie is getting married and her and her fiance met at a Starbucks. So of course they’re obsessed with Starbucks and wanted to incorporate something from there in the wedding. She decided to make votive holders out of the cups. We couldn’t find ANYTHING on line. Anyway this wonderful person was more then happy to help me out. I couldn’t have been more excited. They couple is so so sweet and don’t have alot , so this gesture from him means the world to me!! .I was so excited I forgot to ask his name but he’s a Gem!!!

I was stuck in the parking lot of this Starbucks for 20 minutes boxed in by the double parked Starbucks delivery truck. It literally blocked in 12 cars with no way out. This is NOT how you should conduct business. Make a better delivery plan.

I was at this Starbucks a few weeks ago and went through the drive thru. It was quite early, but shae (I believe that was her name) was the biggest ray of sunshine and was so sweet at the window! She made my day better

A couple of times I came to this starbucks a younger kid with a brown skully has made my drinks wrong. One time I asked if he could please remake it and I watched him pour out half the drink instead of remaking it like I asked. Today when I placed my order I asked for my usual and it was not made right. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks location.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks and service I have ever received. Everyone is miserable at this location, including the manager – it is no wonder the team is as well. Leadership kindness drives happiness in customers. Food and drinks seem to be fine, but if you can go to another location to get better service, I would recommend it.

Quick and tasty food and beverages. You can dine in, though seating is limited, as well as drive through. Depending on time of day, the drive through can be quite busy.
