Lost my business this morning. Was going to mobile order and have $1.83 left on a gift card. However, I’m forced to either load $10 or pay the full amount with my debit card. Customers should be able to use THEIR gift card balance and pay the rest with debit card, in the app. It’s interesting how much of consumers money Starbucks is holding in this app…

My Go to is the Ribbon caramel crunch, Today that was spot on I think I got extra crunchies it was amazing. Along with my warm cheese danish. The girl at the window was so nice and polite. It was about 10:15 am to figure out who your superstars in my book today was. Whoever made my frap was amazing Thankyou.

I would love to give a big shout out to Kat–she is the KINDEST soul and she was so patient with me yesterday morning. Love you Kat! it’s because of her I’m giving this place some stars!
On the flip side, there’s a girl who’s name is something like “Satari” (she’s young and looks to be new) who gets my order wrong every time. Last night was the worst as she actually completely forgot my order and I waited about 30 minutes in the store until I brought it up and they still didn’t work on it until I brought it up again! Then she did my orders and got one wrong, as per usual. I almost don’t wanna go back to Eisenhower Starbucks because of that!
There’s a tall guy with dark hair and green eyes (not sure of his name) who is kinda condescending and lacks patience if the order is extensive…
All and all, hope you guys hire more people like Kat!!! I would be at your location every day if that was the case!

The drive thru at this Starbucks is terrible. You are blocked in and can’t get out of the line and so you are stuck sitting. Line is 10 cars deep and hasn’t moved an inch in 15 minutes.

I really don’t like complaining but I swear every time I come here theres an issue. This is kind of my last straw I took three sips of my drink and it was almost all gone so I looked at my up and it’s over 3/4s full of ice. This is just ridiculous. The employees are wonderful it’s the way the drinks themselves are made with no care every time that’s annoying.

I went today and I don’t go to Starbucks often and I messed up my size that I wanted. Luke in the drive through was super nice and understanding! He personalized the experience within the short amount of time I was there. He also made me feel better and less embarrassed about messing my size up. The service was great, my boyfriend’s coffee is good, and my refreshers are out standing. Starbucks, keep Luke at all costs!

It’s a relaxed vibe here. Staff is super friendly and they work quickly and efficiently to make orders for customers. Smiling and greeting customers as we walk through the door. Thank you for this quality service.

2 stars for the service and decent taste of the food/drinks but Starbucks is getting out of control with its prices. I was charged $1.25 for adding sweet cream to my nitro cold brew, which already cost a ridiculous $5.25. Not to mention, only a splash was added. Just to get breakfast and coffee, I spent over $15 today. Who can afford that regularly? Even the staff member told me it’s why she doesn’t order that drink when she’s not working. That’s so sad! We will give our business to Dunkin from now on or just eat at home. This is more than inflation costs, it feels too much like greed. Disappointing!

Stood inside waiting for service. No one was busy. Two clerks talked to each other for minutes, while we patiently waited. When the third clerk entered the conversation, we announced we were leaving and to look for the review on Google. If you had time to talk, you certainly had time to wait on customers.
Management? You need to get on this. I have NEVER been ignored in a Starbucks. There was no line and no drive ups.

Baristas are extremely friendly here, always greet me by name and make my drink to my liking. Unfortunately I noticed anytime two particular supervisors working, one being the manager of the store, everyone looks like they hate their life, there seems to be extreme tension, and it rubs off on us as customers. I like spending time in the morning reading in the cafe or responding to emails. If those two are working I don’t just because it’s so much less cheerful. I’ve been going to this location for quite sometime and see the same people, but I notice this behavior where it seems like they’d rather be anywhere else when those two are working.
