This is the closest Starbucks to me house. Its hit or miss depending on who is making the drinks. I got this drink in August and it was so good. My go to drink is a hot London Fog Tea Latte. Its made correctly like 5/10 times I go there.

This is my favorite local Starbucks! We have been coming here for a few years since we relocated to central PA. Typically I order on the app and grab a shaken espresso and a snack on busy weekdays but on weekends my husband and I go in, sit and have a coffee and breakfast and people watch. The store is always clean, the partners/baristas are always welcoming, kind and friendly. Sherba Zach and the rest of the awesome staff knows us as well as many of the regular customers. They always know our usual order but suggest some fun new stuff to try out. There is plenty of parking but during rush hour they tend to get busy, especially the drive through, but there’s rarely a wait. People need to be patient because this is one of the busiest locations and they are always doing their best to deliver excellent service. There is an outdoor seating area and conveniently located in a shopping area. This is the only store I’ve ever received a red cup during the holidays!

I have been to Starbucks all across the nation and in several other countries. This Starbucks has a good crew for all shifts. However, their evening crew is the best I have ever experienced. In the evening I will drive past multiple othe stores to visit this one. I highly recommend stopping here!

I wish I could give this Starbucks a 10!! I told their manager this one is like our Mechanicsburg Cheers where everybody knows our name. They always greet me with a smile and my name. Their manager, Sherba, is so relational and personable. It starts at the top and tickles down. She has developed a great team.

I have been in a lot of Starbucks locations, and the crew in this one is unmatched. The energy level is high, it just feels good when you walk in the door, and they treat each customer as if we were a personal friend, no matter how busy they are. highly recommend.

Manager and her staff are awesome! Stopped in and grabbed some pink cake pops and a “surprise” drink as the last 5 years I’ve had nothing from Starbucks except the vanilla bean frap. They surprised me with a mocha frap with white mocha added, and i think it dethroned the mighty vanilla bean . 6am and everyone was seeming to have a great time at work, which is unusual these days to see! 10/10 experience!

I am mom of preschoolers and I had a really tough morning with them and was feeling super overwhelmed. I thought I would treat myself by going through the Starbucks drive-thru. I thought I had done a great job playing off the stress of my morning while I ordered and paid. However, a sweet barista named Scott popped back out of the drive-thru window with empty hands. My drink wasn’t ready but Scott genuinely looked at me and asked how I was doing. He thoughtfully and empathetically looked at me and made me feel so seen. It’s like you knew exactly what I needed! ⛪ He knew exactly what to say and do to help encourage me all in the short amount of time it took to have my drink prepared. I know that Starbucks is a big chain but every interaction that I have had at this location has been delightful. Scott was an absolute Godsend and I hope he gets to see this because I can’t stop raving about him to everyone that I talked to yesterday/today too! Please help pass along my thanks to him!
