The person that worked the window on Sunday evening, Aug 20, 2023 had the personality of a doorknob. There was no greeting or interaction. I said have a nice day and they blinked but said nothing. After about a mile down the road, I realized they didn’t provide a drink for one of my children. I didn’t have time to turn around and go deal with that.

Wasn’t going to share about my experience yesterday but I almost feel obliged to do so. Getting take out from Popeyes is a hit and miss thing at best, sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not. This is one of those times when it wasn’t. I pulled up to place my order for two classic chicken sandwiches total $10.80. The line was inching forward little by little. When I finally made it to the checkout counter the girl said $20, I said NO I ORDERED 2 CLASSIC CHICKEN SANDWICHES. She then closed the window and took about 5 minutes or longer to do I don’t know what, When she finally came back to the window I asked her what’s the problem? She said oh I mixed up the orders. Okay?? Meanwhile there’s a lineup stretching along the building getting longer and longer. I’m sure people are getting very frustrated! Well Glory Hallelujah I finally got my two chicken sandwiches, headed home. I just want to say these sandwiches were well let’s just say one was good one wasn’t. My chicken was rubbery my wife’s was okay. All I can say is I can’t wait till Chick-Fil-A open up, this is where I’ll be going to get my chicken sandwiches for sure. I’m leaning more and more towards eating in these days and less take out. This experience only supports that decision! Dang why can’t you just get two decent chicken sandwiches! Gezzzzz

Extremely slow crew. Line of people waiting for food, some over 40 minutes. Booths dirty. Management must be asleep at the wheel. Never seen so many upset customers at one place at one time. Leaving this review just to pass time waiting for my food. Only been 20 minutes, probably got a lot a lot more time to wait.
