Woman working the drive thru spilled coffee down my arm, did not apologize. I asked for a stopper, and as she handed it to me, before I could even say thank you, she unmuted her headset and moved on to taking an order. Unprofessional. Worth the mile drive down the road to the next Starbucks.

I love it here. So friendly. So fast. I mobile order because of my 17k customizations. They are always so kind. I sit inside and work sometimes, it’s nice and quiet, kind of on the darker side which I like. Music isn’t blaring. Only complaint is I ordered box of coffee and they told me it would be a 40+ wait (on top of my already 10 min wait from mobile order). I canceled that and went to dd and had 2 boxes in 4 minutes. So kind of crazy in the difference there, no exaggeration. If you want their box coffee, order it an hour in advance i guess. Everything else is super fast and timely

From the drive thru window to the walk in service, this has got to be the best customer service I always receive from any state. I am a Flight Attendant so I frequent airports and outside hotel area Starbuck’s and this one is the best. Your drinks will always be made to perfection as shown in pictures and how you ask for it to be made.

Vanilla bean scones in not even going to comment on the small size as I’m sure it’s because they are going to claim there are vanilla beans actually in it. If that where the case I would have been happy but they were a dry tastless (aside from an odd icing) half dollar 2 bite scone.
