Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Food was ice cold. I asked if they could re heat it after seeing that both bags were ice cold, I didn’t come remotely close to touching either sandwich. She laughed in my face and said they don’t do that. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager which makes it even worst. I asked for her first name and she said “I don’t have to give you that”. I then asked if there was a store manager which she laughed again and said “you can call corporate”. Walked away to help the next customer. Never will come here again.

Cross contamination visible. Never once see employees clean hands.. and the ice buckets.. yikes, stay hot folks. Don’t bother going inside, the customer service is sub par. Seemed bothered that in person service was needed… inside service not worth the extra wait cause you are standing around watching poor processing of items. Everyone inside waiting while they process call in orders of the smelly unbathed pick ups of 7000 make me fat calorie beverages. If you need whipped cream, candy crunch sprinkles, and caramel in the morning, then you have certainly have bigger issues that aren’t fixed in Starbucks. Super happy im the 200th review.

Every single time I visit this location they’re closed (more than an hour) early. The last time I actually managed to get there and have them be open, they told me three different drinks I asked for were ALL out of stock. I understand maybe one drink, but all three very different types of drinks? Either the staff just didn’t want to work and lied, or whoever is in charge of ordering inventory seriously messed up, either way I haven’t had good service at this location in over a year.

Stopped by today to get a strawberry Frappuccino for my niece and it was just crushed ice, tasted like there was maybe one pump/scoop of strawberry and the rest is ice and cream. Very disappointed.
