The servers are nice , friendly and fast. I’m just sick of getting a 1/2 cup of a $7.00 cup of coffee. Happens at least twice a week. These photos are before anything was drank. Just opened.

Staff is nice, store is clean, I always order online and rarely have to wait. They really move a lot of product through this location. I prefer this location over the one in Fishkill because this one has better parking/access and is larger.

Absolutely awful wait time for patrons within store. Seems like drive thru takes priority, as you see car after car whiz by. Potentially under staffed? Or maybe not prepared for a random 6:30pm rush on a Saturday.

Whatever the reason it was pretty frustrating. Great new location though. Very spacious.

Jules made a very delicious Strato Frapuccino Strawberry Macha. She is also very polite, and friendly. I will give her 5 starts for her excellent Barista service. I suggest you should visit Starbucks at Walgreens Falls.

20 mins of waiting in line and they are out of brown sugar at 12 pm. What a waste of time. Stock up on items that are popular. It’s that simple. So frustrating. You would rather apologize for the next 11 hours than paying attention to inventory. Need to run the store a little better than this.

Staff got nasty with me because they were annoyed that I wanted a sprinkle of cinnamon on my drink and they gave me this. There was so much cinnamon on it that it wasn’t even drinkable. Like haha very funny I guess they got their revenge.

As always, Starbucks gives me an opportunity to enjoy some of the old normal other than the face masks . But I am able to still get my favorites that will be consumed.

It is currently July 17th, 2025–the middle of summer—and they are completely sold out of Summer Berry Refreshers up until next summer. What in tarnation is going on?! I wanted my frickin’ refresher with the popping boba to sooth my senses after a rough night of allergy-driven slumber but had to resort to an acai refresher. I am very disappointed in everyone for getting rid of this drink not even half way through the summer. 🙁

The stars say it all. The drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Only 2 other patrons were seated in the entire restaurant which has quite a large seating capacity. Maybe they got the memo that the service in there is very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Several people were behind the counter including the manager and not one person had a pleasant smile or cheerful demeanor during my 15 minute visit. I ordered 2 kale eggbites. No one was on line, so I stood there reading the very interesting coffee packages. I was thinking about getting one of the exotic blends on impulse, since I do not even drink coffee. An unsmiling server approached the counter and asked if I’d ordered, I chuckled and said pleasantly that I had and that I was now very distracted by these lovely coffees. She turned and walked away without even trying to upsell the product. I asked her if she was ok, because she looked angry. She gave me a long blank stare and dismissively turned her back in response and mumbled to her coworker. The coworker came to stand where she had been, and as if in apology for her condescending attitude, he said to me that patrons usually wait at the end of the counter for their items after they’ve ordered. I didn’t bother to explain myself again. Perhaps management may want to consider moving those strategically placed items, because their placement obviously works to distract impulse buyers, who get in the way of their servers not seeing empty space in front of their cash register. The place was dismal, so I took my eggbites out to my vehicle to eat. I was very sick a few hours after eating them. Not sure why, so I’ll just chalk it up to eating eggs after 12 noon. I will stay away from them, and from that establishment.
