I ordered the iced Dubai chocolate matcha along with three other items through an online order. Everything else arrived perfectly, but this drink seemed to be missing the matcha. It was just a dark brown color and didn’t taste like matcha at all. I wish I had been informed if the drink wasn’t ready or offered a replacement instead. I hope in the future customers can be told ahead of time if an ingredient is missing.thanks starbucks ♂️

I stopped here before work to get a hot macchiato. Once I got to work I went to take a sip and I noticed that the cup is less than halfway full and barely hot. That’s unacceptable for a damn near $7 drink. I’m stuck at work now so I don’t have time to go back there. It’s very disappointing a lot of us look forward to our morning drinks

I just went to get the uber eats order, there was no parking or extra space available for parking so i went to drive through option and ask for the order while explaining the situation, the drive through window lady was so rude and said next time we will not give the order while explaining, I replied that i already told you the situation that’s the only reason i came to the drive through, so she said wait for parking spot and don’t come here. So if nobody comes outside to leave for like half hour or more you really want me to stay there for finding the spot rather than giving me the order from the drive through option. Are you kidding me?

Not an ideal Starbucks location for people looking to start their morning off with a peppermint mocha or a croissant. If your like me and like to get your order inside the store, your in for an obnoxiously long wait time. I was probably waiting for 20 minutes, just for a small peppermint mocha. They gave me the croissants hearted within a few minutes, but by the time my peppermint mocha came, they were practically cold. They cater to mobile orderes and drive through orders first. Even DoorDash orders are before in store orders. If you’re on a tight schedule, please go somewhere else. I am sure they are sufficient when it’s less busy but still, they should cater to all forms of order equally. Also, parking sucks since the drive through line is so long. Good luck looking for someone to let you through, then to only tightly squeeze through cars to exit the lot. Not cool, and would go to a different Starbucks location in the future.

This Starbucks has to be the slowest starbucks in town! No matter how early i get here for a mobile order the drive thru line is always a 10+ minute wait!!! Late to work every time. I only go to this one because it’s on my way to work. Employees are not friendly, no smiles on faces. I hate to leave bad reviews but omgg. West Hempstead location way better

Cool store for a quick coffee pick up during the day. The store was clean, kept a welcoming vibe. Its definitely a cool place to do some work or to hangout for a bit. The baristas were okay, not friendly but not rude either. It was just a mediocre vibe there. There’s free parking available.

I love this Starbucks!!! I use the drive-through on my way to work. It’s always a smooth ordering process. Diane is the best! I also think it’s great that they sometimes put motivational or cute stickers on the lids of the drinks. They should do this everyday. The iced matcha latte is my favorite. The variety of vegetarian foods is also great!!!
My only qualm is that people will park on the blue lines that are there for wheel chair accessible vehicles. (I used to work with people who utilized wheel chairs and those blue lines are critical for them to enter and exit the vehicles safely.) I believe a sign and video monitoring for ticketing due to illegal parking, could deter this from happening.
Overall, it’s a great place to frequent.

Got the worst customer service from this young girl with tanner skin and curly hair. She was rude and seemed very dismissive when taking my order!!! Will never return again!!!
