Love this little Caribou Coffee Shop. Comfy and cozy with a fireplace. Great place to gather or to grab your laptop and get some studying or work done. Great customer service, they are always friendly. Easy to park, and enjoy downtown White Bear Lake.

I love Caribou but have had 2 bad experiences at this specific location with rude customer service and do not recommend it.
I asked if I could get light ice or no ice in my drink and the employee taking the order said that was no problem, then the worker making my drink yelled out my name and unpleasantly said she cannot and will not make it without ice and if I don’t want ice I have to take it out myself. I would have thought this poor lady was just having a bad day and shrug it off but the same thing happened the last time we were here. Every other Caribou I have ever ordered at has never had a problem making this without ice, and always with a kind and happy attitude. This lady was really loud, seemed upset, not in a good mood, and had very poor customer service.

I’ve always loved this place! Caribou is really my favorite coffee shop. The way they do business is so genuine and personal! Not to mention the coffee is AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend getting coffee here! Atmosphere is also great for doing homework and studying. Clean tables and bathroom, plus cozy chairs and a fireplace!

Awesome Caribou location! Huge space, esp. for a Caribou, they can be pretty small sometimes. Service was friendly and fast. Made my order right. Plenty of places to sit and work or to meet people.
What was super cool is they had items I haven’t seen at other locations like a overnight oats, fried chicken biscuit sandwich and also green smoothies, which were only 160 calories.

I had the worst experience at Caribou today on my birthday. I came in expecting to use my birthday drink reward, but the staff told me I couldn’t redeem it and made me pay for my drink instead. When I did, the drink was so overly sweet it was undrinkable. I politely asked if they could remake it, but was told they “can’t take back a drink.” To make matters worse, right after refusing me, they turned around and gave the person behind me a free coffee. It felt dismissive, inconsistent, and honestly ruined what should have been a special day.
I’ve always liked Caribou, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. If this is how customer service is handled, especially for loyal Perks members on their birthday, I don’t know that I’ll be coming back.

Great spot to get your coffee and bagels. The bagels are actually quite good! Deals are good too. This is a Caribou coffee as well. There is no drive-thru. The inside is always clean and we’ll organized. The employees are always nice and patient. Parking is a bit difficult as there are other businesses in the parking lot. Cup and Cone is right next to this place as well. Overall, an excellent place to get your coffee. You can order ahead and pickup too.

I was very disappointed in their breakfast sandwich. I was driving my daughter to school and decided we had a little time, so I’d stop to get us a nice breakfast treate.
I don’t drink coffee so I got the spinach, artichoke, egg, and provolone breakfast sandwich. When I opened it, it was so sad looking. The bread was not toasted, soft, and it was stuck to the wrapper; my daughter had to peel it off. As you can see, there was hardly anything in there…it was just an egg white sandwich with a little herb spread. I didn’t see or tasted spinach or artichoke. Very disappointed!
It is a coffee and not a breakfast spot…now I know not to get breakfast there again.

Every since Bethany became the manager this store has really gone downhill. She is really rude and it is rubbing off on her employees. This is the drink she made as manager and this is one of the worse presentations I’ve seen from a manager. Very sloppy and how did whip cream get half-way down the cup. I come here daily and spend my money just to get poor customer service and poor presentation.

Really clean location with nice employees. I came in for a dozen today and the staff went above and beyond by wrapping all of the cinnamon sugar bagels individually. I would have just thrown all the bagels together myself! Will return soon.

This is our local coffee and bagel shop. Always friendly and prompt service. Lots of variety. Usually we’ll see a friendly face or two that we know from the community. A nice place to go by yourself or with others. You can sit inside or there are some chairs and tables outside. Always clean. Ample parking. Convenient access.
