I went in to get my birthday drink and for some reason I was having a hard time on my app. Both Sal and santina, provided me with excellent service. The level of help given was outstanding. I appreciated the wonderful customer service provided by these two individuals. The wait time was swift and my order was fresh and enjoyable to the last drop! Idk every time I go into here the floors look dirtier than any other Starbucks, drinks are almost always mid and if they’re not they’re just straight cheeks, messed up my chocolate almond milk shaken espresso, idk what it was but tasted like they gave me straight up watered down coffee, and same for my moms oat milk espresso. Went back to get the drinks fixed, mine was mid, my mothers drink had way too much milk and just didn’t taste like the ones in other locations, not even like a little bit. Didn’t wanna waste more of our time so we just left, mothers drink went straight to the bin. The lady we complained to was nice so I appreciate her.

I bought a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it was completely disgusting. They didn’t put any ribbon crunch and the drink tasted sour. When I asked them to remake it she gave me a big attitude and sighed and then it took her 20 minutes to make it.

Re: Delivery order: (A) A few weeks ago, I ordered two coffees, one with milk and one with almond milk. Got two coffees, but NEITHER CUP WAS LABELLED (except with my name and 1cup out of two, etc). (B) Last week I ordered coffees and a blueberry scone and banana nut bread. NO SCONE WAS DELIVERED. (C) This week, I ordered 2 coffees, one with milk and one with almond milk. GOT TWO WITH MILK. Last two times, I tried calling the store non stop, but no one ever answers! Ever! What’s up with that? I am frustrated!

Maybe me but service depends batista at register all Starbucks I go to when you ask for brewed coffee the person at the register gets it for you. Oh like I said depends Barista one lady there aa when I go it’s like go to the end of the bar it will be there. Either she will take care of other customers or walk away to the back. Only after five or ten minutes when she finishes comes out gets the brewed coffee and places it at the end of the bar. Yes That is why I visit store on Hempstead Tpke or go to Target . Have Starbucks stock ? Yes sell so sad . .

Lack good customer service, unless of course one of your friends work behind the counter. I walked in and waited at least 4 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There was one person ahead of me who ordered. I waited . Then a guy came in after me. After I was acknowledged and placed my order, I walked over to the pickup section and the staff was chatting up among themselves and one to the guy who came in after me. I stated it to them that it was nice to see how friendly they were among themselves and that this should be spilled over to the customers. I guess they didn’t appreciate my frankness. Their friend..the guy who came in after me ,got his 2 strawberry drinks before I got my one drink….I don’t know what that meant..I won’t be going back
