I usually don’t write a lot of reviews for places but I honestly love this Starbucks so much and figured it was time to write one. My friend Despina and I come here extremely often. We love the atmosphere and people here, they are so so nice! The morning staff has always been friendly to us and welcomed us with a smile as soon as we came in. The afternoon staff is also extremely friendly as well 🙂 I made friends with one of the baristas who remembers me every time I come in and they are always nice about everything when it comes to costumer service. I always love coming here, it’s my favorite part of my day!! Thank you to all the workers here who truly make this Starbucks a comforting place to be.

I visit this Starbucks location in New Brunswick almost every morning before heading to work. It’s my quick pit stop. I’m usually in and out in five minutes or less, which I really appreciate during busy mornings.
I’ve never encountered an error with my order, and the service is consistently great. The barista I see most often at the window, Andrew, is especially nice and friendly and really helps start my day on a positive note. I even make the drive from my home in Edison just to come to this location, and I’ll definitely continue to visit.

I come here often but today is my last time. Constant disappointments is the reason why. They do not know how to make drinks. Their drinks taste watered down, almost as if they run out of products and do not tell you. These people need training, it’s not always about the money. The quality should also be important. Also, these little girls who work here always have attitudes. Why even bother showing up for work. The only time they are ever happy is when they are in the background laughing with co workers and not doing their job. Which probably explains the poor taste in beverages.

This Starbucks location is right next to the AMC Theatre — a double bonus for me! What a lovely spot. You can enjoy your favorite coffee before or after a movie — such a perfect combination.
The place has both indoor and outdoor seating, which is great depending on your mood or the weather. The staff here is friendly, and they always have the latest drinks available.

I use to live right behind this Starbucks and would go pretty regularly. I’m honestly going to miss this Starbucks. As far as Starbucks goes, it’s right on average for food, maybe slightly above. It was those employees man, they were a lot of fun. Great energy, a lot of really fun conversations.

I normally don’t write reviews and I most times have a good experience at this location. I asked for an iced matcha latte with almond milk, brown sugar cold foam, and switched the normal syrup for brown sugar syrup. None of that was done as you can see in the photo. The barista/guy at window was even talking about he doesn’t know why people come to Starbucks. Well I see why… my order was done incorrectly..The customer service was off. I was sweet, they weren’t busy either. I’m disappointed and will take my buisness somewhere else.

I love this location for their ability to make it very personal experience for their customers. I work nearby and every now and then come to get my morning coffee. Baristas are always smiling and welcoming, few people memorized me already and now we exchange friendly greetings) I feel extremely welcomed and love the fact that even my usual order has been memorized. Every time it’s the best coffee I ever tasted! It’s hard to single out any specific person, the whole team is amazing ✨

The five stars go to the management and team at this location. I stop by this Starbucks almost every day, and I’m always greeted with a smile and receive my order exactly the way I like it. The consistency and friendliness here truly set this store apart—I’ve visited other locations and the service just doesn’t compare. This review is simply based on Pendo T’s work ethic when I visited the store twice last week. While I understand this may be a job many students hold to help with college expenses, Pendo demonstrates the qualities of a true leader. While I can’t say other employees weren’t working, Pendo was the only one who consistently showed urgency and initiative. She not only completed tasks efficiently but also carried herself as if she genuinely wanted to be there. Her work ethic sets her apart and reflects a level of commitment beyond expectations.
