The young lady who made our coffees was sweet and very efficient. The issue i have with the service is that things are so slow, the whole point of a mobile order is so that its ready before you get there. I ordered 20 minutes before arriving and still waited 15 minutes for my order.

This was under an hour ago. I bought a protein box through the drive through and after an hour and a half commute from work to home, prepared to eat something, this is what I open the box to. Don’t waste your money at this location, or at least in the drive through. My refresher was filled almost to the top with ice and most of the food items in this box are inedible, as the picture shows how moldy the food is. I would call a health inspector. Also, many of Starbucks items always seem to be unavailable when I go to this location. I think they’re under stocked and probably leaving food like the one I purchased tonight on shelves, even to the point of spoiling, until someone buys it.

Ashley and her co-workers are the best we come once a month for our date rides in the morning to a book store and Princeton and on the way back we always stop here . But this by far was the best treatment and drinks we have had so far

I have consistently gotten my drink made wrong even when it’s as simple as a mango dragon fruit refresher. For some reason the drink is clearly not shaken with ice rather the ice is just drizzled on top so the drink ends up too concentrated and not even cold. When I tried asking for extra ice they just give me a cup and tell me to do it myself. Horrible service at this location.

Ordered a medium (grande) cup of coffee with cream today and a cheese danish (heated). Received my cup of coffee at the register. But was told to go down to the end of the counter to receive my cheese danish. Sat down to study. Stayed for 2.5 hours and never received my cheese danish. Subpar service.

I enjoy this Starbucks greatly. The staff is nice and makes great drinks, but it is very difficult to order at the drive through because of the loud noise from route 1. Please help us with this issue.

Don’t make the mistake I did by deciding to try the Tomato and Mozzarella Panini. It is nothing like what they show in the menu. There is hardly any Mozzarella and just a few pieces of tomato skin. They should be ashamed to serve this!
