Starbucks in Lawrence Shopping Center is honestly worse than an inconsistent Dunkin Donuts. Croissants are consistently limp even when warmed up, I order a basic iced coffee and it’s always different and messy most of the times. Last week it was missing the espresso shot which showed because it’s supposed to be a iced macchiato. When ordering a cake pop I’ve gotten a chocolate croissant several times. If you have a toddler you know that’s not going to work. The service is awful when going back and showing my order I got “oh what’s wrong with it” it’s not my order, “Well what’s wrong with it” guess no one can read?? There are only 3 solid workers there who always ensure the right stuff is going out. When mentioning I’ve had several issues within the past two weeks (I go everyday) I was told rudely by the girl next to the guy in the window “oh we will see you tomorrow, bye” nope done I’d rather take my chances at a Dunkin or make my stuff at home. Like I said I go every day spending $10-$15 per day. Not anymore. Don’t waste your time.

Did a mobile order today on 12/7 under the mobile order named Tiffany. The guy who was at the bar was very nice and helped me bring my drinks to the car and everything. I recently had bicep surgery and couldn’t use both my hands to carry the order. I wish I had cash to leave him a tip on the spot but I did tip on the app. It should be easier to find how to tip on the app btw. But again, he was really nice and going above and beyond for the customers is what I’ve always said sets Starbucks apart. I wish I got his name. He was a tall, younger black guy. Thanks again man, you’re the best

Everyone here is so pleasant from when you walk in until when you leave. Very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient as well. It also wasn’t crowded which is a Starbucks first.

I love the service that the employees provide but lately the drinks I get just don’t taste the same. They’re starting to cut back on the ingredients used to mix the drinks. I know it’s not the fault of the employees when they’re told to cut back. So I just paid 5ish dollars for a drink that’s not mixed properly. I could’ve blended milk and water myself at home. I find this is happening at a lot of the Starbucks.
