The place is in a great location, and perhaps they are short staffed. The counters are dirty and messy. I placed my usual order and 15 minutes after the girl that took my order asked if I had not gotten it yet. Somehow, my ticket did not print or was misplaced. It took an additional 5 minutes to get my drinks, and one of them was incorrect and had to be redone. The service was not horrible, but there is much room for improvement.

I used to come here about a year ago and it was just okay. About three months ago I decided to go there once more and the staff had changed. The cashiers are so friendly but let me tell you HAYLEE takes the crown. She is by far THE BEST barrista I have had. Every single time my order tastes absolutely amazing! I keep coming back because of her! If corporate sees this they need to give her a major raise. She’s usually by herself making a million drinks, she’s fast, friendly and always on point. I will forever take the drive to this Starbucks which is further from me just as long as she’s working!

Service was mediocre, they do the the shameless Tip me screen after gaslighting you. Coffee mediocre as well. Middle of taking my order a regular walked in and they completely ignored me until this other person was served. Never seen something like that before.

As always, the menu is great and the staff friendly. I took away a star because this place is not as comfortable as it used to be. They once had a couch and comfy chairs. And the floor is dirty.

It’s a Starbucks, you kinda know what you’re getting. The people here are awesome but the place itself isn’t super inviting. Nothing wrong with it, per se, but it’s more a grab and go with a couple comfortable tables but mostly people walking by or hovering over you waiting for their drinks. Also, no drive thru.

Used to love this location. Great baristas and vibe. For the past year+ management is working hard to alienate patrons. Store seens to be closed more often then it is open due to personnel shortages, management chooses to close our Stirling location and send baristas to other locations to keep them open. Yet they keep rejecting very capable and motivated young people for the open positions.

Had the worst Americano I’ve ever had from a Starbucks. I thought their espresso machine was fully automated, so I don’t know how it could really come out that different unless the beans were just bad. I didn’t see them make it, so I am wondering if they actually gave me drip coffee. Either way, it tasted awful. Sour taste and funky aroma.
