Even though I was only the customer inside, I was ignored because all baristas were busy with drive-through customers. After they finally took my order, they didn’t even announce that it’s ready. Food,as usually, is fresh and tasty (sandwich) and coffee. Girls are nice, but the service they provided worth no more than 2 stars.

Texting while on the bar and then not washing hands, chatting with coworkers and ignoring a line of customers, drinks take a very long time both in store and in drive thru…I am a former Starbucks “partner” and we never would have gotten away with this stuff in the past. I had frequented this location pretty regularly (at least four times a week) but have stopped. The baristas are great and work very hard, providing customer service. The manager…I believe her name is Jen or Jess…is another story. Rude and disrespectful to the employees…talking down to them, yelling. Poor customer service skills. Does not seem willing to help out, even during the busiest times. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the establishment has gone downhill…a lot.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. I ordered ahead. Walked in 10 mins later and coffee still not made. Watched my drink being made. Ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. Saw the sweet cream go in then a quarter of a glass of nitro brew, till it ran out. Then I watched the girl look around and try to fill the glass with cold brew but that went empty right away. The girl didn’t know what to do so I stood around for 10 mins till I asked about the drink. I was told they could add water to the glass and give it to me. REALLY! The manager came out because I told the girl I wanted what I ordered not coffee and water. I was told I was rude to staff members that were there only 1 month. The manager then made me my drink and I left. I realized when I got to my car that I paid $1.65 for sweet cream that I did not get.

The atmosphere was a little questionable with regard to the overall layout of the place. It didn’t really feel comfortable, however, the friendliness of the staff really stands out at this location and therefore I grant it five stars.

Mismanaged, just spent 35 minutes in the drive-thru. How have they not learned that if the food order is going to take 5 minutes make them pull around? Seriously this place is a public nuisance. They can’t process the drive-thru at a reasonable pace and cause traffic issues on US 9.
