Reporting this to corporate. Why are they filling cups up 3/4 of the way?! My drink was wrong the first time, when inside and they all stared at me before getting the courage to help. I showed the drink and they made a new one, but the cup still wasn’t even close to full and extremely sweet. By this time I was over it and just took the L. Still going a step further to report it. Def will not be going here ever again.

I waited forever in the drive thru, then I have to deny a tip every single time for likely the highest priced coffee in the area— a tip for 25 seconds of work? Then they made me wait on the side for a few minutes for my breakfast they forgot to microwave, then my order was wrong…I’m gonna try the Panera next door.

Always something in this store. Help me understand why they ask for my name if they gave my order to someone else. The other customer noticed it was not her name and gave it back, then they put it to the side, and then after a minute or 2, they called my name and gave me a partial order. Then I asked for the rest of my order, and no apology just handed me my Cakepop.

I ordered online this morning at 8:43am. The app said the order would be ready in 9-12 minutes. I arrive at 8:50am and go inside with the thought that I will be waiting around 5-10 minutes for my coffee and bakery item. I walk in and shortly after I was given my bakery item. I am then waiting all the way until 9:10am for my coffee and guess what? I did not receive it because I had to CANCEL my order due to waiting almost 30 minutes for ONE coffee. When I asked for a refund there was no sense of urgency to atleast try to make the coffee or offer me something else. The manager was so quick to just shimmy me to a cashier to get the refund. What make’s matters worse is people who were walking in and ordering were getting their order before me. This is my second bad experience here and it is safe to say I will not be returning.

If I could give negative starts I would. This is a new location has worse service. Luckily there is another Starbucks across the street that I’m glad they kept open. I went to this location and with no one online I figured and I would be in/out. I was completely wrong. There were 6-7 employees and no one came to the register to take my order. They knew I was there but failed to ask if I wanted to order anything. Shame on this Starbucks location. Hopefully everyone realizes how bad this location and just go to the one across the street that has better service.
