Then they didn’t even cover the exposed hole at the top with a sticker like what’s going on how unprofessional!!! This location is frequently backed up with orders. I’ve been told before that mobile orders had to wait an hour for food meanwhile drive thru and in person orders were being fulfilled in order of being received. They need to be able to keep up with the demand of the town given that they are the only Starbucks but they are often unable to do so.

I had been living in my car for a while and this Starbucks in particular was soo gracious with the free water! We couldn’t afford much of anything else but the water was always given with no shade or attitude even when we got nothing but water! I’m so grateful to them!

I’ve been in this store about 5 times. In this 5 times my order has never been made correctly. Staff is super rude, and doesn’t even greet you when you walk in the store (one can understand the drive thru is busy or if the store it’s busy) but even when the store is empty they still ignore you when you walk in. This is very unfortunate since it’s such a great location.

The service was horrible. I ordered a mocha frappe and the lady told me that they didn’t have the “coffee “ that it goes with the drink, and she told me that they were too busy to make it. I ordered the drink and I waited 25 minutes for my order to be ready. While I was there I observed the baristas talking among themselves, taking small breaks, and spilling drinks and not wearing gloves to clean the area, risking a potential cross contamination. I asked if my drink was coming up the lady responded me rude saying that she didn’t know and that I had to wait. I waited and waited until my drink was suppose to be made the barista ran out of mocha and she just skipped the mocha instead of getting a new bottle, when I asked she told me that they ran out. So on Monday at 2 pm how are they going to run out of coffee and mocha. Worse Starbucks experience ever!! I rather take the drive and go to the one in Secaucus!!!

The employees at this Starbucks are friggen artists. They make they drinks delicious and I order a very specific drink and coke every day. They are always polite, happy and make you feel welcome. I read reviews about errors but everyone makes mistakes but they are always ready and willing to correct it for you. This is the busiest business I see in this area and I live in the Vermella right next store and their are tons of shopping options and everyone loves their favorite drink while shopping. I recommend this place completely. Stop being so hard on them. They work their butts off to make these designer drinks. Stop complaining bc I know if I was back there it’s a lot but I will also say whoever designed this Starbucks definitely had efficiency in mind. I watch them a lot while I’m waiting and they are fast and the positions of things are very efficient for the employees. Ok i obviously love this Starbucks. It’s great I’m done I just wanted to give the employees the credit they deserve!
