I asked for 2 frozen drinks and they failed later but I returned the drinks to be fixed and they gave them half watered down when I asked for frozen drinks and there was an employee making fun of me i consider that unprofecional

Not very friendly. Come and there a no one actually speaks unless they know you. What’s funny is that they look at you(eye contact) and then turn their heads. Young lady made my coffee this morning, I was about to say thank you but she just turned her head and walked away. This is not one or two times. This is the third time. So I will go to the other Starbucks location, it’s a little out-of-the-way, but the customer service is on point and so is the coffee.

Very friendly, courteous, and hardworking staff. Someone commented about how noisy it is, that is the sound of many (8 I saw) hardworking staff. No personnel checking their texts, etc. All are focused on doing their job. Oh, and the coffee is good too!

I love Starbucks but every time I do an online order, I’m always waiting more time then it’s says when it’s ready. I don’t mind waiting but 15 to 20 on two coffees. Also, tickets aren’t being read.
