Had an absolutely terrible experience due to the manager of this location, not that I should be surprised. Incredibly hostile at the drive through speaker, and told my wife to go back around and wait in line again because her mobile order wasn’t ready, when it was only two drinks and we had several cars in front of us, with plenty of time to get them ready before we’d be at the window. Sure, I’d love to sit in a drive through line that wraps around the building again to wait for you to make TWO drinks. Take a look at the line, and tell me again how you think it’s okay to make us sit and wait through that a second time.

Kindness costs nothing and goes a long way unless you’re at this store. I have been a regular since you opened (before that i was a manager with this company for several years who originally helped open up this location) i am baffled and at a loss for words looking at the current state of this place…the staff is all over the place with ineffective communication, I always leave a tip even when my order has been wrong because when you’re on the inside looking out you know when error’s happen its not always intentional, that being said things in your control, like the way you speak to the people you “THINK” you don’t need, that exposes your true character more than anything else…I regret working for this company, I regret spending 9 years supporting this company, i have captured so much on my dash cams, you have no respect for any of your customers…

I give 4 stars for the other people working, including supervisor she’s really helpful with a good customer service (if not the supervisor I’ll give this place 2 star instead 4) But that girl name Diamond a really bad attitude, she gave me a hard time just for asking for a straw, she doesn’t smile with no customer with this bad attitude in her face with everyone

This isn’t a review for Starbucks in general but the Vernon location. Absolutely terrible experience. I will never go back. This is probably the third time I said to myself I will never go back to that location. Normally I go to storrs or Manchester. And this does not reflect on all the staff, but there was one in particular. A short short heavy woman with a shaved head working the drive through. She has absolutely zero people skills. It’s a shame that this location has such a bad reputation. Also, when you get a customer who probably drinks Starbucks four days a week and then get the same drink every single time normally they know what it’s supposed to taste like or they wouldn’t continue to order it. Anyway, save yourself the headache and drive the five extra miles to Manchester.

the worst!!!!!! Ordered from app 15 mins out. Got to the Starbucks and it’s been another 15 mins and STILL they haven’t made. They said “your next” five minutes ago!!! Why have the ON THE GO if you ALL can’t handle you JOB. It’s not that hard there’s 7 of you idiots walking around in circles!!!!
