I have been to many many Starbucks and of course I love them all. HOWEVER this location just had a nice special spark to it. The staff seemed happy and they were so friendly. The coffees were made to perfection and the feta wrap might have been the best one I have had. This Starbucks location gets 5+ stars from a me! Everyone there deserves a raise!!!!

Great coffee of course. I visited the Saturday after Christmas, so the drive-thru line and the order-ahead app line inside was moving quite slowly. This location is perfect for lots of both car and foot traffic. A “cash cow” for Starbucks investors. I bought some shares myself after this visit. 🙂

I went to get my birthday drink and the woman just gave me a dirty look and then scanned my phone and said it “wasn’t showing it was my birthday” so i went to the new starbucks down the street, thankfully these people were MUCH nicer and turns out my app actually scanned just fine for my birthday drink, kindness is free people, if you don’t want to be at work, clock out girl don’t ruin other peoples day.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a Starbucks before. I ordered on the app and went through the drive through and was asked to come inside. I had 4 children with me and was unable to do so. When I was handed my order I was disrespectfully told that I was holding up everyone else and next time I needed to just come inside. What difference would it have made if I placed my large order at the drive through or through the app? Never again will I visit this establishment I’ll stick to my lovely crew in Stowe.

I love Starbucks, and it usually goes really really well, but the other day when I came in, I asked for 2 different drinks and got the same one. It wasn’t that big of a deal, but I really wanted the other drink. The guy was super nice, they were pretty busy too, but it would’ve been nice to get the right drink. They also forgot my food so I had to ask for it. I am hoping it was just one of those days because they also messed up other drink of mine. I just hope this doesn’t happen again.

Service was terrible! 4 people working (1 working the front, 2 on Drive-in, and 1 walking around not knowing what to do). No one in frony of us!!! My boyfriend (whos African American) and I ordered basic drip (Pike) from inside. Took us 10 minutes and me asking for us to get our coffee!!! The people behind us received their pastries and bulk coffee (that needed grinding) before us. I love Starbucks, but this experience makes me question why I continue my loyalty.

The staff at this Starbucks are so pleasant. The lack of employees makes for a wait time, but whataya gonna do? The ones who are their working do their best. Even under the stress of customers piling up, they manage to say have a nice day or something each time. Great job to everyone whi shows up with a good attitude!
