Had a great breakfast at Copper Canyon Grill! The vegetable omelet with sourdough was fresh and flavorful, the crispy bacon was perfect, and the Belgian waffle (with sugar on the side) was a nice touch. Friendly staff, quick service, and a comfy atmosphere. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality!

I visited this restaurant three times during the recent FanX event, and unfortunately, the experience was consistently underwhelming.

Day 1:
On the waitress’s recommendation, I ordered the fish tacos. The fish was dry, and there was no sauce to balance it out. My wife had the fish & chips, but after her first piece, she said she didn’t like it at all. The highlight of the evening was the cosplay-themed drinks—they were creative and enjoyable.

Day 2:
We decided to give the place another try and ordered cheese curds to share. They were decent, nothing amazing. Once again, the drinks were the best part of the visit.

Day 3:
We met up with some friends at the bar. The bartender looked like she was having a rough day, which I can understand, but the service really lagged. We got our first round quickly, but then there was no follow-up for at least 30 minutes, despite only 5–8 people at the bar. My wife and I would have gladly ordered a couple more drinks, but we never got the chance.

Overall:
The food was disappointing, the service inconsistent, and everything was far too expensive for what you get. The drinks were the only thing that stood out, but not enough to justify the cost.

If you’re in town for an event, I strongly recommend walking to City Creek Center instead—you’ll get better food, better value, and a better experience overall.

Came here with my boyfriend expecting a decent Valentine’s Day dinner, but we were severely disappointed. The servers were nice, but inattentive. We ordered the charcuterie as a starter ($26) and were served a laughable cheese to cracker/meat ratio. Not to mention the use of literal club original crackers. We were given the wrong order and the manager (I assume) was kind enough to let us keep the sandwich and pack it up for us. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the money at all.

In the picture I’ve attached, my boyfriend and I had each taken a single piece of cheese and one slice of salami each.

They have a good selection of breakfast items. It’s not cheap but the restaurant is comfortable and has a nice interior. I had the avocado toast and really liked it, though it was better some days over others. It’s a nice breakfast if you’re staying in the hotel.

After a long day of travel, we were happy to have a restaurant attached to our hotel. And we were not disappointed! The food was incredible! Each dish was unique and cooked beautifully. Our server, Christine, was friendly, quick, and diligent. Everything came out as we ordered and very fast. We had the steak and ribs, both delicious. Definitely recommend the s’mores cake to end the evening. And the blueberry ginger sour was very refreshing, and mixed ideally. Hope you enjoy your meal as much as we did.

I. N. C. R. E. D. I. B. L. E. What an experience! The food is a show stopper! The fresh biscuits and watermelon & feta salad were just a teaser of what was to come. Luckily, our delightful server, Jodee, made wonderful recommendations. My grilled halibut was so tasty (I devoured it), but I really wanted my husband’s smoked chicken. He dove right in before I could take its picture! It reminded me of the best Texas barbecues with my family from childhood. There IS a chef here, and it shows. The chicken was flavorful, juicy, & tender. I couldn’t and didn’t want to stop eating it. When you are in SLC, this is a MUST!

Great place, great food and our waiter was professional and gave us great service. Would have loved to have a beer with my 3pm linner. What can you say it’s Utah. I highly recommend the food. A 4pm bar opening is a little late.

For a restaurant in a hotel, I was quite pleased all three meals I had, one of which was room service. The first night I dined in the restaurant, Pat was a wonderful waitress, very friendly and made great recommendations.
