I walked into the Bennington, VT store this morning at 8:00 AM hoping to get my Starbucks fix. The sign on the counter said “closed”. I asked the cashier (as I was cashing out my items) if they were open. The cashier’s reply: “the person was on their break and would be back in about 15 minutes”. Wait. What? On a break after only being open for what a couple of hours? NOT a good answer for a customer that was ready to spend. Sorry, but I can’t wait until this place is relocated to their own space in Bennington, VT. Sad excuse!

Such a great place to go when on the run, and in need of a quick coffee boost. Staff is wonderful. Can’t see how anyone has run into any issues with staffing, as they’re all hard workers. If you happen to be assisted by Erin, know that she is a lovely person and very helpful.

Stopped here with my family after grocery shopping and we were pumped to get some nice chai lattes. Instead we were met with the most unpleasant barista I’ve honestly ever come across. I’ve never written a review on any business before but I felt so compelled to do so after this encounter. Mind you it’s two days after Christmas, but the last thing this barista had was Christmas spirit. She had black hair with red streaks and she immediately rubbed us all the wrong way when she took our order like it was so extremely inconvienient for her (despite it being her litteral job). When we had to clairify that one of the lates needed almond milk because of a dietary restriction, she rolled her eyes and made it clear she was annoyed with the change. Santa must’ve given her coal for Christmas because she is most definitely on the naughty list.

Great staff, but the taste of anti-union corporate America really ruined my iced macchiato.

Closes at 7, showed up at 6:38, worker back there, sign says closed, girl behind the counter wouldn’t even pour me a plain black coffee. Thanks for making my 12hr drive on 4 hrs of sleep that much worse. Won’t be stopping here again.

This Starbucks is inside the entrance of the Price Chopper supermarket. Baristas have always been helpful and courteous. The only thing I miss is not having the place to sit and relax with my coffee. I do enjoy going to local coffee places on a regular basis but every once in a while I’ll stop for Starbucks.

Rude staff who claim their mistakes are the customers. “Erin” needs to take a class on customer service. She takes the term “soup nazi” to a whole new level.

This isn’t a Starbucks cafe — it’s more of a coffee booth set up in Price Chopper grocery store. It’s disappointing we can no longer tell if a Starbucks is a traditional cafe where you can sit with your coffee, access WiFi, get a bite to eat, meet with friends or business associates—you know, all those things you do at Starbucks, or if it’s going to be a coffee dispensing booth inside a large store. I found this Starbucks on G Maps. When Maps said “your destination is on the left” I was baffled: there was no sign of a Starbucks—just a bunch of other stores including the Price Chopper. So I called the Starbucks number in G Maps and it was answered by “welcome to Price Chopper” and that’s when it came together—no longer can we trust G Maps to find a Starbucks cafe. Oh well. Also, because the WiFi didn’t work outside I didn’t buy coffee there and drive where I could get WiFi.

Service was friendly and my latte was good. I appreciated the staff letting me sample a sryup before I ordered (I was concerned it might be too sweet for me). Good experience all around.

Located inside a Price Chopper. They were closed for staffing issues. This was communicated exclusively via a hand written sign taped to the ordering computer.
