I always stop off at this location before my 2 hr drive back home. The people are always friendly and the service is good, there’s never a long wait. I love the grilled cheese sandwich, lemon & banana loaf. The pistachio cream cold brew is smooth, creamy & tastes delicious. They do have a drive through and at times it can get busy, so be ready. The only thing I didn’t appreciate were the two dirty restrooms. They have one highchair & plenty of seating. There’s plenty of parking on site. I love this location, It’s close to several stores to shop & restaurants.

I ordered an order but said I didn’t want coffee because I was allergic to coffee. I ordered more whipped cream and toppings. The first time I made it was the wrong size and didn’t add toppings for me even though I charged more money. So I changed it. The second time I changed it for me but made a coffee for me even though I said I was allergic to coffee. So I put it back at the counter and couldn’t sit and wait anymore because I had to go to work. In conclusion, today I lost money for free and didn’t even drink coffee. It sucks.

This is a good option if you are looking for a place that serves caramel flavored coffees etc. This is always what I will order when coming here as theirs has consistently had a sweet caramel taste.

The WIFI offered has been greatly improved since the opening of the cafe! While it’s not the fastest, it works. I have also noticed an improvement in customer service in the store vs. all focus being channeled to drive through traffic.
This is a new location for this area, with a drive through, free parking, a large seating area inside and some limited outdoor seating for the warmer seasons. All of the other Starbucks conveniences are here as well. Now you are no longer limited to the Hanover location.

We ordered a small iced passion tea to go and a double espresso to dine in. I’m so impressed because it has been a very long time since the good old days when proper cups for dine in used to be standard! Also, all staff are very friendly.

Looks like they are more interested in taking drive-in options rather than in-store. We had to wait literally for 20 mins just to get a coffee even though there were only 2 customers inside

Their drinks are gross! I’ve tried them several times. The staff is indifferent. Whenever there is a drive through, service in the store is exponentially worse!

The staff needs to be better trained on allergies. I told the person at the register I had a dairy allergy when ordering a pink drink…because of the allergic reaction I had, there’s no way they used a sterilized shaker. I got very ill from the drink. Staff needs to be aware of allergy issues.
Be aware that they don’t always follow protocol!
