It is all good. Always love SB coffee.
But if you happen to be at the time of supplies delivery during the winter, you’ll regret it. They keep the door wide open during the whole delivery which could last a while. It feels as if you are having a coffee in the middle of nowhere. Sooooo cold.

I went on a very busy Saturday morning and although I only waited about 10 minutes I was given a coupon to come back and get a free drink. Everyone there was given one and I think that was really amazing and kind. The Starbucks team was working very hard and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you all.

i know the jobs itself is hard already, but at the same time that doesnt mean prioritize conversations on the floor over drinks. the past two times ive come to this location my drink has been made incorrectly and i notice when its a certain group of girls working together. just be a little mindful when making drinks and learn how to sequence, thats it thats all..

Stopped by this morning (9/7 around 11am) and had a disappointing experience. The man at the drive-thru had a rude tone and an unfriendly way of speaking — no basic courtesy at all. Looking through other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. On top of that, drinks are inconsistent. A simple cortado shouldn’t be either too sweet or bitter, but here it’s rarely right. Won’t be coming back.

Walking in(9/20 around 7:30am), Myself and Husband were not greeted what so ever. The entire staff glanced at us multiple times, so we waited. Once we walked up to the register a young man(tall Caucasian decent) just proceeded to look at me. So i said, “Hello, good morning! He then follows with, “Oh hello.”….. My husband was upset by the fact that no one spoke to us, so he called the entire staff out on this matter, they all continued to remain confused. We immediately left this establishment. We are a full-time traveling team who go all over the states for our marketing job which requires us to work with the general public of all sorts. We value customer service heavily and passing through new Hampshire has to be our worst experience. This location needs a refresher on customer service.

I had to return several drinks because they never get my simple orders correct. Everytime I order a drink, they either are all out of the ingredients, or they simply make it completely wrong. I have asked countless to make sure my drink is decaf and they always add caffeine to it. I say “thank you” and get nothing but dirty looks constantly. Store is full of a bunch of mean high school girls. Your employees are nothing but extremely rude

Short hair dirty blonde guy at the window has the personality of a dead fish, was very rude and it’s clear he hates his job there. Got to the window where shoves the tip screen into my face before anything then passes us the drinks without what we ordered. Nobody’s forcing you to serve coffee man, try a different career field in something you might excel at, possibly 3rd shift mortician worker? You got my 12 bucks this time Starbucks but never again, I know you’re a soulless corporation but even you guys should know. Lose one customer, lose ten. Don’t waste your money here ppl drink was suspicious, we dumped because of mysterious stuff floating in the drinks.
