I’m here almost every day, service is always fast. Drive thru can be busy, but that’s what mobile ordering is for. If you don’t have time, just use the mobile ordering. I love when Jiah is working the drive thru, she is quite honestly the nicest person there!

Stood inside waiting for an online order for 15 minutes before someone said there was a problem with the printer and they lost my order. Meanwhile half the staff is not behind the counter. This has become the norm for this location. Constant issues causing delays, and staff that do not acknowledge customers.

Understaffed, led to slow service. Food not put in bag well as bottom fell out and sandwich dropped on floor. Line so long, we left versus ask for new sandwich. As we left another bag opened up on someone else and their food fell too. Unfortunate.
