Today did a mobile order at least 30 mins prior to me going to the store. I get there and all they had was 1 item I ordered and no coffee. It’s like what’s the point of mobile order if you can’t even get it completed within a half hour ! Not only that they asked me what I wanted after I’ve been waiting of coarse they couldn’t even make it right anyway wrong size, didn’t ask about the milk since I can’t have whole and didn’t ask what else I wanted in it. They all need a retrain !

This Starbucks location can be great and usually the coffee is good but the ridiculousness of this mobile order only thing is just so frustrating. I literally wanted two cake pops and I had to order them while they watched me do it and then took their time getting them. No coffee, just cake pops. Ridiculous.

I love Starbucks so much. Despite how well known they are their prices are relatively low. What I go was a mocha frappe, which I loved by the way, which didn’t have any coffee in it. They also have a variety of breads like banana and pumpkin. One of my favorite sweets there is a chocolate straw. In conclusion, I’d recommend Starbucks for anyone wanting a good drink.

I just have to say the manager of this location is amazing he is so friendly and the the other day I was running late for work and asked if they could cancel my order if come back on break and he offered to bring it to me I said oh no it’s not a big deal really and he still 5 minutes later drove over to my work and droppped off my coffee!! He did not have to do that all and it was soo appreciated!! Amazing customer service!!!

Staff always has a smile and equally important always gets my order right! (I pass by another starbucks who cant seem to get my order right after waiting in a 15 minute drive thru line.) A pleasant experience everytime I go and will of course be back again tomorrow.

I was in the Taunton shop on Sunday, October 9th at about 3 p.m. The coffee and service were top shelf however the shop was dirty. Tables sticky, floor littered, etc. The shop was not busy, and I and my companion along with one other patron were the only customers sitting at a table. Walk in traffic was leisurely, with plenty of staff present.
