The cashier didn’t have a friendly attitude she was very snappy. I ordered a sandwich and chocolate and had a long wait. The service was much nicer and apologized for wait. The server was actually very nice, a totally different attitude than cashier.
My order was correct and it tasted right.
Overall is a nice Starbucks and there’s a drive thru!
I’ve used the app plenty of times at other locations before i moved to Wareham so i was confused on why it wasn’t working but the gentleman at the front helped me with it and was able to give me my free drink. He wished me happy birthday! 🙂 asked what my plans were going to be and made sure my drink was made right. The lady that handed me my drink put ‘happy birthday’ on the cup with a really nice flower, and wished me happy birthday too. I wish i saw their name tags but everyone there was very nice and the place was very clean for just having to deal with a rush. thank you
I stopped at this Starbucks for a quick breakfast while at work. The store is relatively new and/or remodeled but it’s done in a much more inviting way than most Starbucks lately. It seems like they actually want you to sit down and hang out. Plenty of tables and chairs, inside and out and even some games to kill time on one of the tables. It was just a nice inviting change of pace because I feel like Starbucks has moved more towards “get in, get out” or a drive thru style approach.
More importantly than the store tho was it’s employees. All the women there (didn’t see any men) were super kind. Talkative, not only with me bjt each other. Laughing and talking while working. They actually seemed to enjoy being there and their jobs. They were quick to make my food, apologetic for the wait (which there wasn’t one to me) and super kind.
Overall I’d highly recommend this store if you’re in the area. Not because Starbucks has the best coffee in the world but because this store was lovely and glowing and it made the overall 15 minutes experience of being in there so much better than some chain based stores.
