The barista spilt the milk when she was measuring the milk with the cups. She told the other barista and noted that it wasn’t the first time that day. Then she spilt the drinks all over the counter and over the cup. It made the drinks look disgusting and the green tea frappe we ordered tasted only like milk.

Never been to this location and I loooovvveeeee it. The setup is great, spacious and lively. It was an early morning and the staff was friendly and energetic. This was definitely an added boost to start my day. I noticed that they have an alphabet section on the counter to put orders and I thought that was a cool idea instead of having everybody orders just hanging around randomly which causes people to touch to see if they have the correct order.

went in, there’s no line. ordered 2 croissants, not toasted. normally i’ve been asked if i want things toasted, she didn’t ask and I specified. woman who rang me up seemed out of it. kept going back and forth from the food case and behind the counter, not doing anything. i saw her putting one of them in the toaster and said it was in toasted like i said. she pulled it out (didn’t put it fully in) and tossed it before i could say i would take it anyway because of the food waste. no apology for any of this. i could understand this in a rush or if there’s a huge line but there wasn’t.
