This is the second time I have ordered a grande cinnamon cream nitro cold brew and didn’t have the cinnamon!! I was on the highway before I realized this. Too late to turn around and have it replaced. Over $6 for a bad tasting drink. Please teach your help to make each order with care.

Mobile ordered two drinks for in store pick up. First drink was ready after about 8 minutes. Had to ask for the second drink TWICE and it was finally ready about 10 minutes after the first. And it wasn’t complicated. Just an iced coffee. Won’t go there again.

I purchased a paradise drink and after drinking a few sips I notice that at the bottom of the cup there is brown pieces of who knows what floating around the bottom of the drink. I tried calling the location multiple times but no one answers. Not good service.

For the fourth time I’ve come here I pay $7 for a venti and the last few times now I get a half cup filled with pretty much all ice. I’m beyond frustrated and would like someone to contact me. I have no problems with my order in kingston or any other Starbucks. The fact I’m paying $7.47 for a venti coffe and every time now get half of it filled is extremely not okay. I’d order a small if I wanted that. I corrected them yesterday they were very nice but again today same thing I am not lying for half a cup. Please contact me

There’s 10 people working behind the counter and nobody to wait on you. I ordered a coffee and waited 10 minutes. Went back to counter and they forgot it. Had to wait again. Poor service here

They always make the best drinks and the employees are friendly. Be warned they can get pretty busy. If the drive thru line is super long, go in! It can be faster but even if you have to wait your drink will be made fresh and given to you as opposed to sitting while you wait to get to the window.

Came to starbucks all the way from braintree. When i first got there I entered the drive through so the wrong way although i was the only car who was in line, didn’t cut anyone or cause any traffic or disturbances. I ordered my drink the girl who took the order was nice nothing her fault. I get to the window and some girl comes over and says if i ever go into the drive through again like that she will ask me to leave and that i’m lucky this time she didn’t have me get out something around those lines. First off that is extremely rude to say to a customer in that tone. Second she could have said it nicely and informed me that i had to go around another building to get to the line as i am not aware with this place. That was extremely unprofessional of her and to use that tone. I will definitely not be coming back to this location at all. Disrespectful and i hope someone speaks to her because that’s no way to talk to a customer especially when I was being kind to begin with and was clueless that i entered wrong. Yet on top of that I DIDNT CUT ANYONE IN LIKE NO ONE WAS BEHIND ME WHEN I ENTERED. Check the cameras if you’d like.. ridiculous
