It was a Starbucks. Everything you know of the chain. Food is not great but edible. The drinks may have been mixed incorrectly at first, but the barista quickly admitted fault and remedied the mistake without an attitude.

The wrist is inside the Starbucks were extremely nice. They got my order right and I was very happy to have a pistachio latte. I do hope that they bring this back sometime soon. Shop here with confidence.

I went into the location and was rudely accosted by the cashier Ashley. Everyone in there do not have a face covering. And it was only recommended on the front door. I walked in with my face covering and pulled it out a little so that she would be able to hear me and it wouldn’t sound muffled. She really decides to say to me could you please put your face covering over your face meanwhile the gentleman that walks in 2 minutes later has no face covering on and a lady in her son also come in 2 seconds after that with no face covering I don’t feel this place is good for customer service and if I were you I’d choose a different location

Only half and half – have they heard of the obesity crisis.
Then a barista more interested in flirting with the customers than making their coffees.
Perhaps they need to get back to what made Starbucks – good coffee and good service.

The customer service was great! There was one barista (her name was Hannah) who was just so friendly and we had such a lovely conversation while I waited for my drink (which she made great!! It was delicious)

This starbucks was my place to go. But not anymore customers service is very poorly. My daughter wanted to use a starbucks e-gift card she had received but was turned down so she also tried to us her rewards and was also turned down by the cashier. She said they do not accept those? Am very confused they are starbucks do wh would they not accept it. So i guess time to find a different location.

Every employee is so sweet and tries to get orders out as quick and efficiently as possible, even when it’s crazy busy. They always get my order right, I love how you can see them making your drink for you!

It can be very difficult getting in and out of the drive-up line. If you ever have to go into the store, good luck trying to find a way- too-small packing place. In my opinion, they shouldn’t have put a drive-up store there.
