This Starbucks was a good surprise. Usually Starbucks is soooo busy and people are not really caring for their customers. At this location, they are busy but they make sure they understand what you are ordering and to make it correctly.

This Starbucks is always so busy, but the baristas work hard to make sure everyone gets their order just right. They are always willing to re-make a drink if there was a mistake. One time I waited too long to come pick up my drink and it was therefore thrown out – they so kindly made me another one though!

Ordered a plain black Pike Place coffee, as I’ve done at lots of Starbucks. Left the store and decided to risk a sip right away, anticipating it would be quite hot. But discovered that not only was it only lukewarm, but it also tasted old. Had to throw it away. Had no time to go back and ask for a replacement.

Normally I adore Starbucks because after all, Dunkin’ is just brown water! The last couple of times I’ve ordered online, my drink wasn’t made correctly, not a big deal, but it’s only adding extra caramel to my coffee. That’s disappointing but it won’t keep me from my iced venti decaf non-fat caramel macchiato, extra drizzle!
