I came here with my dad today 12/30/25. The 3 girls that were working were the sweetest! We ordered, then sat down to eat. When I went back up one of the girls said “Hi Lillee! Back for more?” And she was the absolute sweetest person ever! It was so busy but they were doing a great job!

they cannot do my order right every single time. I went in the drive thru
ordered it was wrong so i asked them nicely to remake it with the correct ingredients and they gave me the same exact thing so i drove to dunkin and they made it right.

Love this Starbucks! I frequent it many times when visiting the berkshire or on my way up north. Drinks are made up to company standard and employees are just doing their job. So happy to have this Starbucks in the area.

Due to my traveling job I recently moved to this town about 3 months ago. I have had exceptional service up until yesterday 8/7. I have been ordering the same drink made the exact same way every single day. Most of the baristas know my order by heart. A barista by the name of Kylie however (not sure if that’s her real name, or a fake name was given) took it upon herself to catch an attitude with me when I told her my drink was made wrong. She rolled her eyes, and continued to be disrespectful to me after I tried to explain the way my drink is usually made. I didn’t trust her to make me another drink so I asked for a refund since the girl at the register said she wouldn’t be able to remake due to her working the window. That was the first day in a year that I wasn’t able to get the coffee I love. It was very upsetting.

Thank you to lovely person at the register who helped my friend and I when the wifi refused to load the Starbucks app. I was so moved when you came out and just handed us the drinks, it wasn’t necessary at all, but nevertheless, you cared enough to make our day.
My only downside to this location is the wifi and cell service is abysmal, but other than that, the staff is absolutely wonderful and I appreciate their kindness.

I walked in, and the line was so long that I decided to use the ladies room 1st. It was so filthy and disgusting in there that I turned around and left the establishment itself. I don’t know how fair it was to judge the whole store based on what I saw in the bathroom, since they were busy out front, but it was obvious that no one had been in there to service it in quite a while. There was no tp, and the room was filthy.

Well, we ordered two drinks on the mobile app and arrived about 10 minutes later. We waited a solid 20 minutes while other customers, some furious and some frantic, rushed out of the store after their excruciatingly long wait. We watched as chaos insued behind the counter, entertained by the managers reaction to the spectacle, as he stood motionless in front of the sink while orders poured in and tickets were haphazardly placed anywhere on the line where a ticket had already been grabbed at random. After a total of 30 minutes they managed to complete one drink incorrectly, and we watched as he moved on to another ticket, ignoring the second drink. We left.

Very rude and pushy. The man working the drive in window on Thanksgiving day early afternoon was very rude and pushy insisting that I should give him the change from a drink that I paid for. It wasn’t “change”, IT WAS $4!!!! When I told him no because he scoffed at me. He looked miserable working there and has a horrible personality for communicating with the public. NEVER have o been pushy TO GIVE A RIDICULOUSLY LARGE TIP … FOR A LATTE ONLY! Shame on bad customer service at LEE Starbucks PICK UP WINDOW ON A HOLIDAY!!

I was there on Wednesday and the girl wit the brown pony tail in the drive thru windows was very disrespectful ..i placed an order in store by accident and went thru the drive thru and she was extremely mad about my mistake. I felt stupid, I was just trying to get coffee… I didn’t want to say anything but this happens all the time with the same girl..

Will not be coming back anymore unfortunately…

This is a fantastic Starbucks location! It’s extremely clean, yes the bathrooms are spotless too. The Baristas working whenever I stop for coffee are extraordinarily friendly, this particular day, the 2 Baristas were amazing! I wish I got their names. My latte was above & beyond delicious. My chocolate chip cookie was warm & gooey, just the way it should be. My regular Sbux close to my home is under renovation, I live about 45 mins from this one, but was meeting a friend, It’s too bad gas is so pricey or I’d drive here everyday to get my coffee! Thank you Amazing Baristas for a truly special experience, you made my day so much better with your kindness! ❤️
