My favorite donut shop in Surprise. Donuts are always fresh and tasty, and the customer service is usually outstanding and friendly. However, this past Saturday, the gentleman who helped us was not pleasant at all. We were greeted by a friendly woman who was busy and told us she would be with us in a minute. Then, a man emerged from the back and approached the counter. I said “good morning,” but he didn’t respond. He seemed grumpy the whole time he processed our order and checked us out; he didn’t tell me the total or thank us. Either get that man more coffee or don’t let him help customers.

Went here on my birthday and really enjoyed the honeydew smoothy with Boba and an assortment of donuts. They were very good and the price was good too. Perhaps not the best ever, but very good. The lemon filled donut didn’t really have the filling until the last bite or two, which was somewhat disappointing. Service was fast and the staff was super nice. There was a flying insect in the donut area, but I’m not sure it’s even possible for them to fully prevent that. I’ve seen worse around sugary treats at other stores.

I frequently come here to buy donuts to bring to work and they are the best around! They have a great variety of cake and real raised donuts, not those frozen baked donuts. And, occasionally they have maple bacon long johns!! So good! But, you must also get their donut holes….they are decadent! They open early and always have donuts by 5- 520am.
