Immaculate experience, great food and wonderful service. My husband opted for the tasting menu – the food selection was amazing and the portion was really big unlike many other places and I had pork chop which was delicious aswell. We’re definitely going back soon.

We had an amazing experience at Staple & Fancy!
The burrata with pistachio pesto was absolutely unforgettable, really the best pistachio pesto I have ever had. The salmon crudo and crab ravioli were both incredible, full of fresh flavor and perfectly executed. To top it off, their homemade ginger beer was spectacular, refreshing and unique.
The service was excellent, with a friendly waiter and a warm, welcoming host who made us feel right at home.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Went to staple & fancy last night and wow what a meal. Service was very positive our server was great she was super attentive. We did the tasting menu and it was great. My wifes radiatore was incredible def a highlight. The steak was a stand out for me cooked perfectly. Loved the vibe inside too. If you want authentic Italian try this place we will be back.

We had a birthday dinner at Staple & Fancy and opted for the chef’s menu. Overall, the food was tasty, though I was slightly disappointed with one of the main vegetarian dishes—it was mostly just squash, which became a bit overwhelming. That aside, we had a great experience. The service was good, and the wine pairing was delicious.

Solid date night! Finally got to try this spot and it was great. We did the tasting menu which is nice bc you get to try a lot of food without having to choose.
The radiatore pasta with the ragu was definitely the best part for me. My husband really liked the steak course, it was cooked well. Cute cozy spot for a nice italian dinner.

We ordered the Chef’s Tasting Menu. Our compliments to the Chef for his creativity as every dish was well seasoned with flavors to make your taste buds sing! It’s difficult to pick a favorite, but we thought the Pappardelle pasta and seared Tuna stood out. We also felt the cauliflower soup was so good that we wanted more! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We’re definitely coming back!

I have been here for the Chef’s Menu with the wine pairing and for the happy hours. Chef’s menu was great and gourmet. Happy hours were good, small portions and less variety than the full course menu. Service was good, but I would highlight that it also depends upon your order.

Our anniversary meal here was a stellar choice. The chef’s tasting was innovative and delicious; creative but not pretentious. Everything was executed very well, from composition of dish, plating, timing, and taste! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish.
The highlight of our experience was the service. Casual but very attentive. Everyone was so friendly but our server, Katelyn, was an absolute gem. We really appreciate how engaged and genial she was in making our time there special. Hope to visit again soon!

Went for a dinner during Seattle Restaurant Week. The offerings looked really promising on paper but in reality underwhelming in flavor and quality. Starters were good but lamb pasta lacked balance in flavor. Desserts were pretty bad: I didn’t finish my tiramisu as it was the worst one I’ve had in a long time. The service was great though. Overall going there for a Seattle Restaurant Week wasn’t worth it. With a $200+ you can dine in so many places off a la carte menu and get so much better food.
