There weren’t many people there—maybe three—but it was after church, so I didn’t expect to see many games on. The service was short and efficient, which was a nice moment.with high energy. This was my second visit, and it went well, but I still prefer being in Chicago. I think I’ll try 312 Pizza next. I love it, although my wife isn’t as thrilled about it.

My husband and I recently moved to Goodlettsville from the Chicago suburbs about a month and a half ago, and stumbling across Staley’s has been such a gift. When I saw Vienna beef hot dogs listed on the menu, it made my entire day (even though I didn’t end up ordering them this time). The menu is so extensive it was honestly hard to choose.
I ended up going with the chili (with the fake fall temps it felt like fate), some cheese fries to share with my dog (he gets homesick too), an Italian beef sandwich, and a state fair lemonade—which I think I was the most excited about. Everything was generous in portion and spot on in flavor. If you grew up in the Midwest, the chili will transport you straight back to Halloween nights in the 90s after trick-or-treating in 30-degree weather. The Italian beef was fantastic, and I can’t wait to go in person to try more options!
So many places claim “authentic Chicago cuisine” but miss the mark completely. Staley’s nailed it—I finally feel like I found a home away from home restaurant here in Tennessee. I’m so glad we discovered this spot and can’t wait to make it a regular part of our routine!

The cashier was nice enough. The person that brought us our food was nice enough. They didn’t seem too happy to be there, but it’s work I guess. No biggie. The chili was okay… nothing I’ll go back for. I love Skyline chili and I wish there was one closer. We got a fry to share. I’m glad we tried this place though. I love trying new places.

I fell in love with Italian Beef “Sammiches” after visiting Chicago a few times, and for years really enjoyed a Chicago-themed restaurant in Gallatin, TN., but happened to be in Goodlettsville recently and tried Staley’s. Omigosh, they absolutely raised the bar on taste! I’ve never had such a flavorful Italian Beef & dip anywhere, ever! After talking with the owner, Tom, I realized the flavors were so amazing because he was running this place on true love & dedication. I was blessed with the gift of a housemade meatball, rich & meaty with the hint of olive oil, not bready or mushy, pure heaven. I can’t wait to go back!

Those of you in the Goodlettsville area have a tasty gem of a restaurant in your area. I would highly recommend a visit for a lunch or dinner that will hit the spot! The service was every bit as awesome as the food. Order a few dishes for larger gatherings and bask in the accolades.

Went in on a Wednesday morning. Food was so fresh and delicious. My son was impressed with the cheese pull from the cheese sticks lol. A little pricey but worth every penny! Manager (I believe) stopped by and checked on us, as well as other guests and was very personable and friendly. Im not from that area but would definitely make the drive for the dipped Italian beef’s time and time again.

Great food! Went here for lunch and had the street dog, the north side dog and fries. The hotdogs were flavorful and filling. The fries weee hot and crispy. My coworker had the sausage bowl and cheesy bread and they were good. My other coworker had the Italian beef sammich. He liked but it was really wet, although he was warned about it . Looking forward to going back and try other items.

We don’t live too close but we’ve made it a tradition to come here after church camp every year. I so look forward to it each time. The beef is always so tasty. Tried it on the croissant this time. Hot dogs are as good as hot dogs can get. My daughter loves the pasta. And of course the service is great too.

We have been coming here since they first opened the second Campione’s at this location. Then the original owner retired and this the second location was bought by the present owner. After some subtle changes the name was changed to Staley’s. The food is fresh made and they have added many new items to their menu. We are honestly lucky to have this business in middle Tennessee because quality Italian beef sandwiches are rare around Nashville. The brats and Vienna brand hotdogs are also great choices. We love the variety of high quality toppings that you can add to your sandwich, sausage or hot dog! Glad they are here and wish them the best with their second take out only location.
