I found this restaurant back in 2019 while on a trip to Zion. The chicken fried steak was among the best I ever had anywhere in the country to include Texas. It was an original! I have recommended the Stage Coach Grille to everyone who mentioned visiting Zion. Here was a picture from several years ago and another from this evening. What I was served tonight was very disappointing. Whatever oil was used seemed to be nearly rancid and the breading was not crispy. Seems as if it was deep fried and not pan fried. The photo with the colorful plate was from several years ago, the other was from this evening. The quality of the meat was still very good, but what was presented showed very little quality or pride. Sadly, I won’t be returning or recommending this resturant any more.

Great saloon style place. The server was very attentive and the service was fast. We had the Cowboy Ribeye, wings and the NY Strip. Gave a 4 due to the steaks needing to be more seasoned. Other than that, steaks were a good portion. Their mash potatoes and gravy were homemade and very delicious!!

Visiting town to see the national park. This restaurant has an old west feel with lots of wooden furniture and fixtures. The servers were extremely friendly and helpful. The Delight came with the meal. I had prime rib with mashed potatoes and all the toppings along with sauteed vegetables and upgraded to a wedge salad. I’m from the south and ordered the sweet tea which is an occasional Splurge for me. Everything was amazing. I’ll probably go back tomorrow or the next day for breakfast while I’m in town this weekend.

The cheapest steak on the menu went up from $37 to $44 and all other items went up $3-5. They should update the menu online for such a big price increase in just 2 months.
Steak is average, not worth the price for sure. The sever only came to our table 2 times to take order and to give us the bill. We couldn’t get any drink refill. (We told the person who brought us the food but he also never came back for our drinks).
A total of $150 for 2 people for some very average steaks. Home made mashed potato was delicious, some zucchini in the grilled veggie was undercooked. Not recommend.

Very very yummy. Fun atmosphere. Would highly recommend. The chicken fried chicken was slightly overcooked but everything else was on point. The veggies were delicious & perfectly cooked. The bacon vinaigrette was so good on the salad. All the sauces on everything were delicious.

The atmosphere is delightful. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. Our waitress Alisha was great, offering recommendations, and attentive to drink refills. The food was excellent. I had the summer salad with steak. My husband had ahi tuna salad.

Went for gfs birthday. We did the tomahawk meal and got to select our meat. They prepared perfectly. Sides were good too
They cut the meat up and put on garlic butter. Amazing taste and quality. On par if not better than some steakhouse restauraunts where you’d pay 250 per person.
The waitress was very nice she made her feel special and sang happy birthday. The whole restaurant sang along as well. It’s a smaller restaurant and not that many in town but man I was impressed.

Loved this restaurant! The staff were super friendly, always checked on us even though we were seated in the back. The ambiance and decorations of the place were incredible. And to top it all off, the food was delicious as well!
