Atmosphere is really outdated. Service was great! The food was decent but nothing to get excited about, it too is outdated,boring,and your typical sports bar and grill fare. Other establishments are popping up all around this one, it could be in trouble if someone does not breath some new life into it.

Our waitress Luna was awesome and I would like to thank her and the staff for helping my husband surprise me with roses and cheesecake! Faith in humanity restored. I will never forget what They did for me! It’s a very laid back place with a calm atmosphere and a wide variety of items including amazing green bean fries. Highly recommend one of those places you come for the food and stay for the vibe, feels very homey and staff was very attentive and friendly. Will be back next time I’m in the area

5 stars just for the lovely bartender Luna!!! We are from 3 hours up north and truthfully didn’t expect a good experience nor great service!! Luna was awesome and the real deal in the service industry! If you guys are smart, you’ll make sure to keep Luna happy and being the bar!! I’d drive 3 hours down to go back just to see her! She had a lot of regulars that seemed so thankful for their service from her, you can tell she treats everyone with the same kindness she treated us. Thanks again for the great experience Luna!

Server was very kind and fast. My wifes food was very good, mine the parm chicken. The chicken was very good, but the spaghetti sauce was lacking. This was a good and easy opportunity to make it a WOW meal, don’t get me wrong I ate it but it’s one sauce I would avoid getting again. Otherwise everything else was ok.

We stopped here while driving through the state for a quick bite to eat. The food was great, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere is everything you want out of a small town grill spot. I’d recommend eating here instead of going to the countless chains you’ll see along the way.

I went out to eat with my family yesterday around noon and expressed concerns for an allergy. Our server Nadya and the cook (I think Jacob) did fantastic at accomodating. My daughter and I were both able to eat without any negative reactions or setbacks.
Being a breastfeeding mother with a baby with CMPA has been very hard as most restaurants treat the allergy like it’s nothing but even when I eat the smallest amount of butter on a bun it can make my daughter very sick and cause pain and swelling when I feed her. This is one of only 2 restaurants in Mattoon that is able to accommodate us, and we will definitely come back for more!!

We decided to eat here on a Friday night the weekend if the girl’s state track meet and it was busy. We were a little upset when we arrived because we had made a reservation and were initially told that we would have to wait for a while because they had no room. Another server told us it would just a few minutes. It went back and forth before we were seated after about 20 minutes of waiting. We had a group of 10 and our server did very well waiting on us (very composed, very accommodating) but the kitchen wasn’t all that quick. Food was well prepared. I had a grilled tilapia with steamed vegetables and was pleased with the mango pico de Gallo. They also have a build your own Mac and cheese which looked good. Food I would say was a 5/5, but hostess and wait time make the experience a 4/5. We would probably go back on a slower night.

The food wasn’t great and our server took all our orders without writing anything down & then preceded to ask us questions about our orders, that we had already told her, after taking everyone’s orer at the table. No surprise to anyone we had more than one dish come out wrong.

The southwest salad is very delicious and my wife was fascinated with their crispy shrimp, we also tried the soup of the day it was broccoli with cheese and it was delicious, our waitress was very friendly and gave us a very good service
