Worst service ever. They always forget one item but this time it was 2 items. Then the guy that was bagging food tried to accuse me of lying. Omg it’s McDonald’s not rocket science. How hard is it to double check the items bagged before you hand them out to customers, as we are your paycheck. Quit ripping people off with your “honest mistakes”.

The best bet is to only go here for breakfast! There are too many kids on the second and third shifts, and they serve undercooked food. I bought the food left my husband told me it taste funny and had me take it back. Upon coming to the windows to speak with the manger to show them the food I told him (bowl cut with glasses) I’ll be keeping the food he flat out ignored me took the food and threw it in the trash. Thank God I took pictures because I’m taking this to court. If it’s not one thing it’s another. Either your missing items or the food is over or under cooked.

I love the fact that this is one of the only locations in the area that has the playland for the kids. The only reason that I gave it four stars is because the bathroom is locked & you have to go all the way back up to the counter, wait to ask somebody to unlock it for you and then you have to wait until they’re not busy. When you have little kids that need to be changed that is quite unfortunate if they have to use the bathroom right away. Cuz they can’t hold it for long. (At the same time, I understand they need to keep it locked for security purposes due to people who are not customers constantly wanting to come in and just use the bathroom)

Why is this McDonald’s so much more expensive than all the other ones around it?? By a considerable amount too. 4 dollars more?
My order was :
1 steak egg and cheese bagel
1 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin
1 hash brown.
Price 15.69 after tax. Every other location in the area topped out at 12.38 for the same exact order. Cheapest one was 11.77 This is all within 2 miles of this location.
So only go here if you insist on paying the most possible for your McDonald’s.
