Really awesome breakfast burritos. Great staff and very clean and charming seating area. I ordered the bacon burrito, green chili is nice and spicy. Mitary discount provided and they have a local card where after you buy 9 sandwhiches you get 1 free. Have not tried BBQ food yet, will update when i do…should be good.

We finally got to try Stack House BBQ today. Ordered the 1 meat plate and for my 2 sides, I chose the BBQ beans and the Cole slaw. The meat was very tender and the BBQ sauce was really good! The Cole slaw would have been better with a little more dressing on it for my taste. My friend got the same thing I did but she tried the corn on the cob with hers. It was very tender and flavorful! The meals were kind of pricey though. Two 1 meat combos with a small water and a small soda came to $26.21. Also the meat was very tender, but we went through over half a bottle of BBQ sauce to flavor it. It was a good meal, but I don’t really see us coming back again.

Stopped in to pick up a gift card and tried a couple of their Sunday Brisket sandwich specials. We were very impressed with the quality and quantity of meat. Great prices and very friendly service. Came back to try their breakfast burritos and were equally impressed. We will definitely be back!! Keep up the good work. Rio Ranch has a true gem!

We ordered this using doordash and the food was amazing! The order was correct and so good. The ribs and sausage and brisket were great, the turkey and chicken were just as good. The fries are thick and were still crispy when they arrived. My husband loved the coleslaw, and the cherry cobbler was warm and gooey! I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this food was, and the prices were great. I highly recommend this local bbq!

Great customer service, from the owner to the cashier. The turkey is moist and delicious, the pork ribs are sublime, and the brisket is amazing. Stack house is the best smoked meat in the area, totally blows Rudy’s out of the water. They are also a great supporter to the community.

There were out of almost everything by 6:30 on a Friday night. I mean out of more than they had left.
What they have isn’t bad. The sauce is a good balance of sweet and spicy, and brisket moist and delicious. The ribs were nice. The chicken I had was kind of dry, but I honestly think it was at the bottom of the pan because they were running out of that too.
I wish I could say it was worth it, but with not being able to get 50% of what I wanted to order, it left me apprehensive to go back.

When you’re looking for smoked BBQ, this is the place. We had the meat sampler, the daily sandwich which was pulled pork, and 2 meat combo. It’s the best turkey I’ve had in years. The BBQ beans were really good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered the ribs at the end of the day, I thought they were awesome, new owner made inside very nice and streamlined. Best of all owner seems like a genuinely nice guy with awesome service ( employees were great as well). Give them a try. I have been back a few times. Sides were okay, but who gives a hoot, it’s all about the meat!

Ribs and brisket were excellent. Brisket is tough to do well for restaurants, and I enjoyed it here. Fried pickles and other sides were great, and the chef/owner was really friendly and great to talk to. I’ll be going back again for sure.
