Wonderful experience. We had looked at reserving a quiet table, but the bar side was ready for seating immediately. Depends if you want a quieter setting or not.
Excellent food! Drinks are also reasonable. Better than Outback for the money! I prefer it to my last time at Land O Magic.

This was a nice find coming into the Bozeman area. We drove a few hours up from Island Park and I looked at my trusty Yelp app to find a local spot with some history and this was it. Service was great and location was just a block off the main road. Lots of cowboy decor and authentic feel of a great local spot. Food hit the spot and we were back on our way. They had some local spirits I wanted to try, I chose a huckleberry vodka in a Moscow mule and it was delicious! Come check them out.

This place is a MUST stop if you like steak. The building is historic and has a ton of character. The stained glass and chandeliers are beautiful! It’s wood from floor to high ceiling. You’re a bit close to other tables but you won’t mind once your steak come out, cooked perfectly to your liking- and if you’re a mashed potato fan, then you must add mushroom gravy on top. The blue cheese dressing seemed extra tasty as well. An absolutely splendid dinner in a great spot, plus we could hear the live music from the Westerner next door. I highly recommend stopping here!!

We started with the side salad; the dressing was delicious and the salad greens were fresh. I had the prime rib and a baked potato with everything both cooked perfectly. The horseradish had great flavor. Both were delicious, meat was very tender. My wife had the beef tenderloin with button mushrooms. Medium rare steak was cooked to perfection. We finished by sharing a bowl of vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup on top.

Service was great, food was delicious! Conveniently next to the Westerner if you’re looking for a good, local concert venue!

Oh my nostalgia! This place is like stepping into a preserved time capsule! Friendly staff and great cocktails and mocktails! We were there when they opened at 3pm but food is not served until 4 pm so we went to find food elsewhere since we had a long day of flying and feeling starved. I will definitely go back to try the savory dishes! Smelled great!

What’s great about Stacey, is both her Mom (Fountains of Wayne), and the fact that you’ll pass the Ranche that grow the beef they sell here on your way driving here.
At a near century old establishment serving steaks the whole time is a hard thing to do. There are lots of restaurants that pivot and change and use burgers to get by, but steaks the whole time is a work that needs to be celebrated. Sure Texas is known for their cattle production and Nebraska for their grain grown to feed cattle, but the beef here, is grass grown, local that could have walked here and there is something to be said about that. That’s more than dance with who brung you, but rather eat em where they lay. Apparently this used to be a Butcher Shop / Bank, interesting combo before 1937. Family owned and operated for generations.
I came here 3 times while I was passing thru they do alot of things well. The BYO burger upgraded to Bison is a rarity and a must. The Fried Chicken sandwich is hearty and balanced with the horseradish, tomato, pickles. It doesn’t even need cheese.
Rocky Mountain oysters and tender with just enough chew. The breaded cheese curds hold up well to dipping sauces which most normal curds dont. Rocker sauce is good, but never figured out what was in it. Tangy, sweet. Loved the Wedge salad, the ranch was outstanding.
Prime rib after 5pm, upgrade your sides to loaded baked potato and a wedge side salad, it’s worth it. The 10 oz is more like 12 and the 16 oz is more like 18. Great crust and seasoning, zesty horseradish. Wall to wall pink, tender, juicy. No sauces here like au poive or a bernaise.
Save room for dessert their carrot cake is moist, soft and sweet. the peanut butter pie is a downhome classic and the oreos, my god.
Service is great, prices are good for the area. Ambiance is excellent. It’s a great representation of what an area can do without trying to be like someone else. I actually had their shrimp which is odd being so far from water here, they obliged me to get them all 3 ways if I ordered 2 orders.

We went last night and the highlight is definitely the friendliness of the team.
I had a prime rib and it was good.
Definitely worth it to go back,
if you are in the area.
We had to wait more than an hour for our table…so plan ahead.

I would have done 3 stars if not for the desserts. To be fair, my family came before they began serving dinner and the dinner menu looks much better than the lunch selection. Most of the good menu items are reserved for dinner time, and overall our lunch was not great. The BLT was pretty good but both steaks we ordered were sad and bland. The garlic fries were delicious! We overall would have been disappointed with our visit if not for the carrot cake and homemade peanut butter pie with oreo toppings. They were absolutely delicious. We fought over every bite. I would like to come back and see if dinner selections are better, if not just to have the pie again. Service was absolutely excellent, our waitress was very kind and attentive.

Delicious food, cocktails, and ambiance! We loved the no-reservations policy. Upon arrival, the host warmly welcomed us and we opted to have drinks at the bar first, followed by a sit-down dinner. The bar was amazing, with great vibes and Luisa crafting exceptional dirty martinis. Our server, KC, provided outstanding hospitality. My spouse enjoyed the prime rib, while I had the flavorful chicken sandwich. Both dishes were full of flavor, and the carrot cake was the perfect finale.
