So had this along a 2 day time span. I’m usually super busy through out the day so they are open until 12 guessing cause of the casino. Food isn’t perfect but it’s decent. Had the burgers the bread isn’t cooked great it’s good but for some reason mixed with the burger it comes out as soft and muggy almost to thick. Quesadilla was good the flavor wasn’t there it was grilled but didn’t have any cheese was supposed to be a Philly style quesadilla as well. The good thing was the steak and chicken poor boy that was pretty good. The bread was good. Overall good spot for the area when everything is fast food or closes early.

Seemed short staffed, and our waitress mentioned there was a new cook in the kitchen. My friend ordered the catfish po boy, and got catfish and fries. She did bring out the bun with fixing. My pizza was good. I would recommend if you find yourself in the Horseshoe.

Will and I are visiting Horseshoe casino and decided to try this foid joint out. I had the veggie burger. Will had club sandwich. My veggie burger was the best I’ve had! Delicious. The fries are also great. Recommend you stop in for a bite!

We enjoyed our dinner here. Our server was friendly. We were seated quickly. The chicken and waffles were good but the added gravy and eggs were not, I woke up sick early the next morning from something in the meal and think it may have been the eggs. I recommend skipping that part. The veggie burger was one of the best we’ve ever had. Sweet potato fries were fine, nothing special but good. Everything was pretty good with decent portions and we’d return when in the area.

Went to this place for breakfast. Customer service was awesome. The food was delicious. We noticed customers including ourselves ordering different food off the menu just to taste it. I especially love the French toast. I highly recommend. I’m going back!!

Nice place to enjoy a meal whether it is for dinner or lunch. Our server was nice & the other employees were friendly. We had fried pickles that were very good. Wife had a Million Dollar burger that had brisket & bacon on it, she enjoyed it. I ordered a fried turkey burger with onion rings. The onion rings were delicious, I got about 10 of them on my plate & would’ve ordered more if there was a option. They brought my turkey burger out grilled and told me they discontinued frying the turkey burger. If that is the case, than tell me before you bring my food so I can order something else. But overall, the burger, food, and service was exceptional.

Not impressed. Queso was a bowl of semi congealed cheese from a jar. Bartender was pretty inattentive. For the money, meh. Gonna try again somewhere else tomorrow. It isn’t the WORST, but far from the best.

We enjoyed the food here at 8oz Burger Bar. During our visit at Bossier City, we ate lunch and dinner here (located inside the Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel). The atmosphere, service, and food was great. They also have a great breakfast selection as well. You won’t be disappointed when you dine here. If you like freshly pressed apple, orange, carrot juices, you can get it here…all natural sugar. Enjoyed the food and our time away.

I had the Philly cheese steak and sweet potato fries. The sandwich was on point. A few too many jalepenos than I usually like but still really good. Sweet potato fries a little salt goes a long way but still really good with some honey added. Our server Nita was off the chain. Very on top of her game.
