Literally the worst fajitas I have ever had in my life. I would pay to not have to ever eat them again. The “salsa” is Pace picante. I expected casino food to be better. I ordered “beef” fajitas and they brought out ground beef. Nowhere in the world are “beef” fajitas made out of ground beef. I took one bite and paid and left. The pic is how my plate looked when I left. I’d rather go to Taco Bell.

Staying at the hotel while on a visit to my hometown of Shreveport, my husband and I thought we’d give this spot a try since everything else nearby was busy and pricey. It was the best decision we’ve made in a while! We both ordered burgers, and they were nicely portioned for how much they costed. Our remarkable server, Grayson, brought an unexpectedly upbeat and chipper attitude to the table. He kept us entertained and ensured our wait wasn’t too long, even with the larger parties around us. I never ran out of tea or conversation here. Definitely planning on coming back if ever I have the chance (hopefully for breakfast), and requesting one of Grayson’s tables!

The young staff, especially the efficient young gentleman at the check-in stand and the uber friendly waiter represented 80z. Burger Bar very well. They both looked like models for Abercrombie and Fitch, yet in spite of their presence they took great care of my every dining need very quickly and efficiently. The check-in employee actually facilitated my order so timely that I was not late for a meeting with the marketing director. The uber friendly waiter was so entertaining , yet he showed humility.

While staying at the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino I decided to have dinner here. I ordered the Country Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and onion rings. It was the best country fried chicken that I have ever eaten. The portion was large and it was fresh. The mashed potatoes were great as was the gravy. The food was so good that I chose to eat here the next night instead of trying one of the other restaurants. I had a brick oven pizza and it too was very good. I will eat here again.

A nice quick place to grab food while you’re in the casino. It wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t terrible either. I think you get what you pay for. The burger tasted good and the wings had a great flavor but nothing to rave about.

Just a shout out to one of thes best waiters I’ve met in quite some time. D’Angelo is a very kind would that is on his toes. The food was also great. You just don’t see too many young people anymore that take the pride in their job with respect and kindness to all. So good job! Hope this gets recognized by the Horseshoe and restaurant.

I’m from Denver. The food here isn’t that great. Sometimes this place is the only option, and it will do. So I have tried several things here, hoping something would be good, but so far, can only recommend the burger. The burger took like 30 minutes. I ordered to go. And they werent even busy. I can’t believe people in Louisiana think this is good food. Go to Denver. You won’t be disappointed.
