This was our first time visiting as we recently relocated and were looking for a breakfast spot. A classic tired diner in an older building. Walking through the door we were expecting a less than great experience.
Then we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff, seated immediately and our server was very attentive. The menu was your basic breakfast. The food came out quick and hot and it was very good! Generous portions and farm fresh. Watching the locals we quickly realized this is a hidden gem here in Dunn but it needs to be shared.
The message is clear…Stacey’s country kitchen serves the community with great food and the heart of a servant. The staff and the food were both great.
We’ll be back as our experience was first class and we left feeling very satisfied.

Great local place for breakfast and lunch. Sit anywhere you like. Staff was incredibly friendly. Good coffee and nice selections on the menu. Food came out pretty quickly for how busy they were in a Saturday morning. I saw they also serve lunch and dinner on Monday and Tuesdays only. Eggs cooked well, corned beef hash was yummy. Toast a little cold and pancake not the best. We’ll go back and hope it was just an off day.

First time. I wish i took pictures. I got the 2 pork chop plate they were thick. You can get the fried or grilled. I got fried. Hash browns and scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs tasted fresh. My daughter got a pancake eggs and bacon. She didn’t really like pancake but she did eat her eggs and bacon. I love the ice chips in the drinks so much better. The people were nice and it felt comfortable. I would recommend.

The bbq ribs were off the chain good. Finger licking I got work tomorrow again and getting a rack. I’m hoping they cooked more. Fingers crossed here. Friendly beyond friendly. I didn’t noticed closed at 2pm but they still served me a little after and with a smile. Said I’d take it to go and they said no you sit right there and eat. That’s awesome sauce in my book. I take a picture of food tomorrow cause I didn’t want to hold them up any longer.

Service was amazing and the drinks never ran dry, or even past half way full. Chesleigh was our main server but every server contributed something to make it run smoothly. The gravy was great, the omelets were perfectly cooked, great place to sit down with a chill southern atmosphere

nice local place. portions are large and cooked to order, so they come out fresh. Food was very tasty, just like homemade. Service was fast and friendly. They work as a team so you always get a different server.

Classic American breakfast in a rustic spot. Great prices and they make their OWN sausage the patties out of this world a little dry but with the flavor incredible.
Makayla (sp) runs the whole front of the house was, she very sweet and attentive. Spot on French toast and some of the best grits I’ve had. Sadly however there is no butter in the house only margarine.
Totally enjoyed my meal! Got so excited I forgot pictures. Next time will have to ask if they make their own hash too!
