We are well know for our BBQ Ribs that always sell out!! We offer Catering for all events ie. Birthday parties, Weddings and more. Delights Cakes Specializes in Fondant Cakes for all occasions as well. Two weeks notice for cake order is required. Fantastic BBQ! The meat is cooked perfectly, smoked and seasoned well. Nice and tender. Great BBQ sauce also. The side dishes are also great. Real southern BBQ taste and style. Better than BBQ restaurants in NY. Real food on that truck. Warm and welcoming service. Very recommended. Try it, you won’t regret it! You’ll become a regular customer.

I moved to NY 11 years ago. I have had an incredibly difficult time finding good barbecue here. S&T is from the South or has family from the South. In other words, they know barbecue. They are nice and are happy to converse. They operate out of a food trailer, so don’t be confused when looking for a restaurant. The barbecue is dry, meaning it has little sauce. The way barbecue is supposed to be. I had the brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. I had the potato salad and collards, too.

My husband and I was looking for restaurants that were open during the quarantine when can order and pick up food from. We did a google search and found S & T Barbeque. We called to see if they were open but they were close but told us they’ll be open in June. So here we are in June we came all the way from East New York, Brooklyn for some good barbeque and we got just that and then some. The mac n’ cheese was beyond delicious.
